Chapter 11: The Competition

Aang woke up and he saw that it was 9:30 am. He got up and dressed up into his suit and went downstairs to see the maids cleaning the house.

"Good morning."

"Good morning sir. Ms. Ana is already waiting outside for you in the car." One of the maids said.

"Thank you." Aang replied.

Aang grabbed an apple, went out the door and went in the back seat of the car.

"So Ana what's for today?" Aang asked.

"Uh sir you have a 11:30 am meeting with Mrs. Sato. You have a big big 3:00 pm Lei corporation board meeting-" Ana was interrupted by Aang.

"Is my father going to be there?" Aang asked.

"Yes sir." Ana responded.

Aang looked disappointed and sighed.

"Would you like me to continue?" Ana asked.

"Uh yes sorry." Aang replied.

"And you have an early meeting at 9:00 am tomorrow for an interview." Ana finished saying.

"Thank you." Aang said and took another bite of his apple.

~20 minutes later~

They arrived at the office and Aang threw his apple in the biodegradable trash bin. They went up to his office with Ana following behind him.

Aang decided to do some work before going to his first meeting.

Katara was in the bakery taking advanced orders because they ran out of bread so quickly.

"So you want...? Oh okay thank you see you tomorrow. Thank you, Next." Katara said.

(I am having a slight writer's block so sorry already if the rest of the chapter isn't good.)

~30 mins~

Katara finished taking up orders and Hakoda came by to check out what's happening.

"Woah all the bread is gone." Hakoda said, surprised.

"Yeah I know right we sold out before lunch time that's amazing." Katara said happily.

Hakoda smiled at katara.

"So we haven't really talked about your stay in the fire nation." Hakoda mentioned that made Katara stunned.

Hakoda noticed her lack of movement and asked "Did something bad happen while you were there?"

Katara didn't answer, then hakoda said "it was sokka wasn't it." Hakoda said.

"Uh- yes! It was Uh he-he was annoying as usual! He kind of Uh um messed up my tranquility. Yeah he messed up my peace there.

"Well that's your brother for you." Hakoda said chuckling.

Katara awkwardly chuckled with her dad.

"Come on let's go home and spend time with you grandparents so that I don't have to deal with their shinnagens." Hakoda said.

Katara chuckled. "Okay."

Katara packed up the bakery and they went home.
