Chapter 12: It was you.

Hello people, I was supposed to post this yesterday but it took longer to write than expected.

just a warning you might get kinda mad but at the same time sad. So

Aang woke up earlier than he usually does. Did his morning routine and got into his suit. He went down and straight to the car.

They drove to the commercial kitchen where they made all their bread.

"Okay guys! Mr. Aang Lei is coming here so make sure everything is in place and make sure to look your best!" The manager of the kitchen said.

Everyone was starting to become a little apprehensive.

"Okay I saw the car pull up everyone back to your places!" The manger said.

Aang came out of the car and went into the building.

Aang checked each and every part of production from the dough to the wrapping.

Aang was checking the people making the dough and noticed someone struggling to mix the dough because it was starting to get thick.

He went over to her and said "you might want to grip your spatula more at the bottom than the top."

This made the employee nervous because her boss was right there.

"Okay thank you. Sir." She said and proceeded to do what he advised.

Aang went away and saw that everyone else was doing well until he went to the wrapping station.

He saw that the way they were wrong.

So he said to the leader of the station.

"Your team wrapping it wrongly is supposed to be left over right. But it's okay just make sure the next batch is that way."

The leader nodded and proceeded to tell this team. Aang walked over to a spot where everyone can see him and shouted.

"Everyone! Stop what you're doing and listen!"

Everyone stopped and looked over to him.

"I know it's not really normal that I come here but I would just like to say don't feel too nervous that I'm here, It's okay. I just want to make sure you guys will feel comfortable around me because I will be coming more often."

Everyone just nodded then aang said. "Okay thank you and you guys can go back to work now. Bye! See you guys soon."

Almost everyone responded with a bye. Aang went out of the building and went into his car and they drove off to the office.

It was 10:30 am and Katara was in the bakery setting up for the morning and getting ready for all the customers that ordered in advance. Then a customer came in and asked

"Are you open?"

"Yes we are." Katara replied

"Okay good. I am here to pick up my order." A customer said.

"Yes. Under what name?" Katara asked.

"Ayia ." She responded.

"Okay let me look for it." Katara said and looked over to the side to look for her order.

"Ayia....Ayia.....Ayia..... found it. You ordered the five Spanish bread and the five ensaymada. Right?" Katara said and asked.

"Yes." She responded.
