The day was slow. Aaliyah had spent the day with Kat as she knew that a video of her having sex had been leaked.
Kat denied that it was her and Aaliyah decided to play along with her lie.
Lunch was about to begin and Aaliyah was in the girls' changing rooms waiting to perform the cheerleading routine in the cafeteria.
Maddy was brushing Aaliyah's hair as she played with her nails. "I need beauty day ASAP."
Maddy nodded "I agree." She then looked at Aaliyah through the mirror "Are you getting a ride home with Nate today?"
Aaliyah lightly shook her head "No. He didn't tell me why though."
Maddy frowned "Do you think he didn't tell you because you would probably tell me."
Aaliyah looked up at Maddy sadly "I don't think he's taking a girl out or anything Maddy. He told he was planning to take you out so I wouldn't worry."
Maddy nodded "Okay." Maddy put the brush down and played with Aaliyah's hair.
The coach then came in and told the girls that it was time to perform. Aaliyah stood up and adjusted her cheer uniform.
The girls ran into the cafeteria and started their routine and the football players ran into the room jumping on tables and shouting.
As Aaliyah danced with the rest of the squad, she noticed Nate looking at Maddy and then he caught eyes with her.
She smirked at him and continued to dance. Nate laughed and then continued to chant with his teammates.
Aaliyah continued to dance to the music that was playing and when the dance ended, the girls left the cafeteria and changed back into their original clothes.
At the end of the day, Aaliyah walked out of their last class with Maddy, Cassie and BB.
When they stepped outside Aaliyah saw Nate and McKay waiting by their cars and Aaliyah saw Kennedy's car a couple of spaces away and so she looks at the three girls "I'll see you guys tomorrow. Love you."
The girls said their goodbyes and Aaliyah walked straight over to Kennedy's car.
She opened the car door and sat down. Kennedy smiled at the girl "Surprise."
Aaliyah laughed "What are you doing here?" Kennedy couldn't contain her excitement and she grabbed Aaliyah's hand.
"I just came back from a job interview at the local hairdressers and I wanted to come to your school and pick you up on my way back to the house."
