Chapter 30

Months had passed since we go to Naga. There's nothing more happened except the celebration of Eric and Michelle's birthday last October, and Aryana's birthday last month.

This December 4 will be Kylo's birthday which is three days from now. I don't know what shall I give him.

True to his words Kylo never leave my side. He was always there, he's still courting me. There were times that my anxiety would attack, and every time it happens I'll just call him.

He's my one call away man. I also introduce him to Ate and Manang as my suitor. Masaya sila para sa akin. May isang gabi pa nga na kinausap ako ni Manang.

"Bakit Po Manang?"

"Masaya ako para sayo, Sana ay magtuloy tuloy na ang ningning sa mga mata mo na kailanman ay hindi ko pa nakikita"

And then she hugged me. I am really happy and contented.

Now my problem is my gift for Kylo. I don't know what to give him. He doesn't like material things.

I have an idea now but, I don't know if that will be enough.

"Hey are you listening?"

"Sorry, what was that again?"

I almost forgot that I'm taking to him on the phone. It's Sunday at may trabaho siya ngayon. Kahapon ay pumunta siya dito sa bahay, nasira kasi ang isang kotse namin. He knows how to fix it that's why he came.

Manang and my driver was amazed by him. Well he's good at fixing, even a scarred heart.

"Sabi ko sa Wednesday wag ka mawawala"

"Of course, what do you want as a gift?"

"Yung oo mo"

"Hey that's too much!"

I heard him chuckled which made me smile.

We finished talking when it's already one because their break time is over.

I called Uno afterwards to come with me but he said he's with his Dad.

May isang taong pumasok sa isip ko, matagal ko na din siyang hindi nakakasama. Nagkikita kami minsan sa school but we never had a chance to hang out and I can't introduce her to my friends. She's always busy.

I called her at buti na lang pumayag siya.

Nagbihis ako kaagad ng simpleng shorts at statement shirt.

When I arrived at the mall she texted me that she's already here.

"Meiiiii!!"

I called her as I saw her, sitting on the bench.

"Hi Hersh"

"It's been a long time"

"O.A mo lagi naman tayo nagkikita sa school"

We both laugh because of that. We decided to buy ingredients first. And yes, I'm planning to bake a cake for him.

Afterwards, we go to jewelries section. I bought him a simple shirt.

"It's so tiring. Are you hungry?"

"Slight lang"

I chuckled on her answer.

"Let's eat first, where do you want to go?"

"Kahit saan"

"Street foods tayo?"

"Sure ka?"

I didn't answer her, I dragged her palabas ng mall. I asked my driver to bring the ingredients home first. I said I'll just call him kapag magpapasundo na ako.
