Chapter 24 ~ Tag

The game had started. Me and Dul were behind some tree, while everyone was yelling. We were just giggling while the guys were chasing each other around the street. Eventually, half of us were out. Soon, only 6 of us were left, but I didn't know who. All I knew is that Dul and I were the last team left.

"Hey, where's Cecilia?" I heard Ryan say. 

"I don't know," said Brayden. I think they may have teamed up because their teammates were out.

"Wait, are they in?" Ryan asked.

"I have no idea."

"They're still in!" Mark yelled from the front steps.

"We have to find them," Brayden said.

Dul and I exchanged panicked looks. We stood still, hiding quietly. Until someone tapped my shoulder. I was about to scream, but it was just Bee.

"Can I hide with you guys?" she whispered. Dul and I nodded. 

"Who's left?" I whisper-asked her.

"Parker, Rusher, and Ryan."

I nodded. They were all fast runners, and well, we were girls.

While Brayden and Ryan were looking for us, they found Parker and he was out.

I was getting really nervous, I knew we were going to lose.

They were getting closer to us, so we got ready to run out of our hiding spot.

They saw us, and we ran. We all ran different directions, and Bee was laughing and yelling. When I looked behind, I could see that Ryan had got her. I sprinted his way and tagged him.

"Oh man," he said. I didn't know what happened to Brayden or Dul. I was looking for them, scared that Brayden was going to scare me from behind. Eventually I saw Brayden chasing after Dul and tagging her. Oh shit. I was going to lose.

"Good luck Cece!" I heard Dul yell.

I began to run away from Brayden as he chased me down. He caught up to me and I frowned because I looked forward to winning. But he didn't tag me. He grabbed me by my waist and said,"Gotcha."

I smiled and said,"You win."

He smiled back and kissed my cheek. I may not have lost, but I felt like I won. He let me go and I went to go hug Dul and Bee for our hard work as a team.

It was around 11, and I had to be up before 8 tomorrow, so I said good bye to everyone and left the cube house.

"Cecilia!" I heard Brayden say. I turned around and there he was. "Goodbye."

"Goodbye Brayden," I said. I kissed his cheek and went back to my hotel.
