Why Riona? Why won't you just let me get close to you?

In my previous school, girls swarmed me because of my appearance but this girl is different. She isn't attracted to my looks. Fuck, I don't even think she has looked at me for more than a second.

I eavesdropped on the Leo and Riona conversation and I could hear Riona inviting him over.

Here she's having a full blown conversation with Leonardo but she won't even spare me a second.

I have to do something about that.

When Leo came out of the classroom, he quickly waved me goodbye and drove off in his Mercedes Benz.

No, she's slipping away.

The hallway was practically empty and decided to do something to grab her attention.

As Riona jogged out of the classroom, I grabbed her hand and when she tried to shake it off, I pulled her closer to me. So close I could see her emerald green eyes shining brightly through her glasses and I could feel her warm breath on my face.

Usually she wouldn't look at me for more than one second but she stared deep into my eyes for almost a minute. Well mostly glared but whatever.

I have to admit that Riona was quite strong, she tried to shake herself off my grip but I only tightened it.

Her rude remarks did nothing but excite me more, when I was satisfied, I loosened my grip and she easily shook it off then jogged out of the hallway.

Did I over do it though?

Ugh! All she does is frustrate me! I tried being myself which was the optimistic and jovial person but she still wouldn't give me the time of day.

I thought I had a charming personality! All the previous girls I've dated always praised me for it but nothing seems to work on Riona.

We agreed to meet today but she wouldn't even give me her home address. Ugh! Instead she agreed to give it to Leo, ugh! Why wasn't I paired with Riona! I made sure to ask my aunt Jasmine to speak to the social studies teacher.

No, I have to do something! Something to make Riona like me.

What can I do? I don't even know where she lives, I can't even pop up unannounced, that would be weird, even for me.

But Leo will know soon.

The step I'm about to take is a big one, I might even get tagged a stalker but I need to out do Leo somehow.

I took out my phone, dialed a number and placed it on my ear.

"Leonardo is going to go somewhere anytime now, I want you to follow him and then give the his location." I ordered the person on the other side of the call.

"Yes sir, but do you have a particular location you're aiming at? A coffee shop? Or-"

" A house. He's definitely going to some house today, I want you to tail him. He won't notice anyway, he's really not that observant." I interrupted before hanging up the phone.

I visited a local bakery and bought all the doughnuts and biscuits they had to sell.

Should I also get pizza?

No, but what if she's vegan? I mean the chances are high, she almost shook herself off my grip today. Her bones are as strong as a chicken.

As I settled in my car, I glanced at the brown bag which rested on the passenger seat and it hit me.

What's she and her sister gonna drink along with these doughnuts and biscuits? I don't want them to choke on it.

Before I was able to step out of the car, my phone caught my attention as bing sound came from it.

I picked it up and saw that he had sent the location plus an apology that he wasn't able to reach me because the signal over there was weak.

Shit. I can't let Leo impress her family more than I do. The location isn't really far from here, I know the area.

I knew I reached the location when I caught a glimpse of Leo's Mercedes Benz and Riona's SUV on the driveway.

I parked my BMW across the street and instead walked over by foot. I gave a signal to the man tailing Leo and then he drove off.

After ringing the doorbell, no one answered so I pressed the button again and in no time the door opened carelessly.

"You? What are you doing here!" She pointed her index finger at me with a scowl on her face.

My eyes first observed her physical appearance. A grey oversized tee, through the tee you would know a petite figure was in it and shorts which exposed her long slender legs. She wasn't putting on her glasses for the first time ever which made her green eyes shine more brightly.

"Stop undressing me with your eyes you pervert! How the hell did you find my house?!" She whisper yelled with her veins popping on her neck.

"I-"

"You know what?" She cut me off, raising her hand to silence me. "I don't give a fuck, just leave!" She tried to close the door but I held it.

"We had agreed to meet up today, right?"

" But I don't remember giving you my house address, leave."

" I'm already here, I'm not leaving."

" I like Leo! I like Leo!" I heard a voice faintly chant.

Riona poked her head inside the house to observe what was happening and I used the opportunity to enter her house.

"Keith?!" Leonardo yelled with a confused look on his face.

"Leo! I had no idea you would be here!" I retorted with a smirk.

What is going on here?!

"Hey guys! I brought treats!" I lifted the brown bag into the air but everyone just looked at me in awe.

" Cass, go get bag and put it in a plate I guess?" She said the last part as if she was asking a question then glanced over to the table in front of her.

My eyes examined the contents placed on top of the table and I saw doughnuts as well?!

Leo's an amazing person and I genuinely love how nice and welcoming he was when I first came here but I'm starting to feel like he also wants Riona.

I'm not really the type to fight over a girl but Riona is just not another girl. She's different. She's special. She is mysterious and she's also a puzzle and boy do I enjoy figuring out puzzles.

I glanced over to Riona who stood by the side, looking confused as to how to handle the situation.

There's a part of you you're hiding Riona and I'm gonna figure it out while making you mine along with it.
