R I O N ALia?
Clara? The trashcan?
"That's great dude! Finally giving her a chance huh?" Keith smiled.
" It's just lunch dude, relax." He murmured with a groan.
Just lunch huh? High school boys are trash.
I felt my hand get warm and I realized Keith was still holding my hand.
"Let me go." I shook my hand away from his grip.
There's too much drama going on here.
" I'm off, have a great meal!" Leonardo wished and strolled out of the hallway towards the exit.
" Why did you look so upset earlier? Are you mad at Leo?" Keith questioned as himself, Fiona and myself sat down on an empty table.
"Yeah, she did look like she was livid when Leonardo mentioned going out for lunch Kara." Fiona chirped in after eating a bit of her salad.
" What?!" I almost yelled but kept my composure.
"She was upset?!" Keith glanced at Fiona who nodded her head.
"I don't care if he wants to go out with Lia or Clara! Who are these people anyway!" I groaned.
Why do I care? I shouldn't care who they are.
" First of all, it's Kara. As in Kara, with a 'K' and she's quite popular with boys in our year." Fiona chuckled.
" Leah is Leonardo's lover from last year, I think he still likes her." Keith answered and my heart skipped a beat.
His lover?
"You say his lover like they've been doing more than making out and stuff." I chuckled nervously.
" My dear Riona," Keith patted my shoulder. " Leonardo doesn't do just making out, if that was what he wanted, he'd have ton of girls flocking around him." He completed.
So he's really like other guys that are just interested in only smashing.
"Are you upset? Did you perhaps fall for Leonardo?" Fiona questioned.
" No," I violently shook my head. "I'm just surprised because he seemed like a genuinely nice person." I confessed to hide my disappointment.
" Yeah that's how he is." She stroked her arms and avoided meeting my gaze. "He starts off as nice and then when he finally has you, he makes you want to have sex with him and if you refuse, he even tries to force you."
" Force you?" I asked with a raised brow.
" He tried to have his way with me but I was able to escape. Leonardo looks like a decent guy from the outside but in reality, he's a degenerate." Fiona confessed and my heart sank.
" Leo has tried to have his way with you?!" Keith gasped. "That's not like the Leo I know!" He defended.
"Yeah, he does seem like a decent human being." I agreed.
"That's why I don't talk about it, nobody ever believes me." She shook her head.
Would Leonardo really be capable of that? Why would she lie? She has no reason to.
"He's a bastard! I'm gonna hit him." I slammed my hand on the metallic table.
" Calm down feisty." Keith placed his hand on mine which I moved immediately.
"Please don't tell Leonardo that I told you, he might try to attack me later on." Her voice shaky and fear spread across her face.
" It's alright." I assured her calmly but in reality, my mind was coming up with assumptions of its own. "Excuse me." I got up from the table and exited the cafeteria.
K E I T H
My eyes followed Riona as she exited the cafeteria.
This is only the beginning.
"I-"
My phone vibrated and I raised my hand to shut her up.
"I need to speak to you come home as soon as school ends." The sharp tone of my mother didn't come as a surprise to me because I was already used to it.
After school was over I immediately went to the parking lot but someone called me from behind.
I turned around to see Fiona Carson the redhead who made my plan work.
"You promised to give me money if I said what you wanted, where is it?!" She questioned with her hands on her hips.
" I will have it wired to you today." I opened the door of my car but she still stood there.
"Anything else?" I asked when I observed her sad eyes.
"Why did you make me lie to Riona? I don't talk to her or to Leonardo and I know for certain that Leah is his younger sister but you said they were lovers. Why did you lie to her? She seemed very hurt with all the information."
" Fiona," I closed my door and turned to face her. " You seem to know a little too much, I hope you don't run your mouth when you're not supposed to if not I can guarantee that you'll get kicked out of this school or an accident can occur."
She looked taken aback by my words as she let out a gasp and took two steps back.
A smirk appeared on my face as I got into my car.
"Keep making her hate Leonardo while praising me in the process and I will give you more than we agreed." I informed her before driving off.
I'm sorry you had to get involved in this Leo, you're a nice person and have nothing to do with this but Riona, we have unfinished business.
After I parked my car I noticed my mother's car in front of the house and hurriedly went in because I was already late.
I twisted the door knob and pushed it open and then made my way to the study but it was dimly lit and my mother sat on the leather chair behind the desk.
"Took you long enough." Her harsh tone alerted me and made me stand firm.
" I'm sorry."
" Why is Riona Davis still alive and kicking?"
" I-Im working on it mother."
" I could have hired her own agency to kill her but you claimed you wanted to watch her suffer. Why is she not suffering? Instead she's walking around town in the company of a young man who attends the same school as you."
" I am working on it."
" Who is the young man and what does he want with her?"
"He likes her and I think she's starting to like him as well but I can assure you that they will not end up together. I sowed seeds of hate in her mind."
" I don't care. Your plans aren't working so change it!"
I felt my phone vibrate in my pocket, I picked it up to silence it but Riona's name flickered on the screen.
I lifted the phone up and showed her the call causing a smile to rest on her face.
"Get a foolproof plan and get rid of her."
"With pleasure."
