R I O N A

I stood confused when I saw both guys settle on my couch talking to each other while slowly starting to interact with the girls.

"Rie won't you come sit? There are cupcakes!" Iris patted an empty spot next to her because she sat directly next to Leonardo.

Iris seems to like him. I heard her chant his name when mister stalker barged his way into my house.

When I took a seat next to her, everyone suddenly went so quiet you would be able to hear a pin drop.

Why did they all go quiet though?

Lia cleared her throat and suddenly everyone's eyes landed on her. "Let's watch a movie." She suggested and everyone clapped along to the idea.

"What movie do we watch?" Cassidy asked with her eyes on Thalia.

"How about The Kissing Booth 2?" Iris suggested.

Ugh! I hate everything teen fiction! Both books and movies. They are so fiction-ny.

"There are other people here Iris, I'm not sure they'd wan-"

" I don't have any objections, do you?" Keith the stalker asked Leonardo.

"I don't." He shook his head.

" Thanks Leo!" Iris said with wide eyes.

"Hey! I also agreed with your suggestion!" Keith argued.

"Yes, but I like Leo more." Iris stuck out her tongue at Keith.

* there will be spoilers of the actual movie here*

An hour and half into the movie, I looked as confused as ever. First time in years, I allowed myself watch a teen fiction and I am pissed as hell.

Why does Elle just assume Noah had a thing with Chloe after finding just an earring?

Then suddenly she doesn't think Marco's annoying anymore?

I almost lost it when I saw Elle and Marco kiss and my Noah was sitting right there.

At least she ended up with Noah because if she hadn't, I would have wrecked havoc on Iris for suggesting we watch that.

I am actually pretty satisfied, might actually just play around and watch the part one of this movie. I am low-key interested.

Love triangles aren't this dramatic though, I don't want to believe they are.

Who cares? That's a problem for who gets involved with guys, not people like me that lived through highschool in a silent manner.

"What do you think Leo?" Iris questioned with wide eyes.

" It was pretty good actually, I expected less." He admitted with a smile.

" Oh yeah? Maybe you could come over to watch the part one with us, right Rie?" Iris squealed excitedly.

I looked down at her, her black eyes shining with excitement. "Sure." I nodded but in my head, I was screaming no.

"Can we eat now?" Cassidy asked looking at the full table.

"Oh yes! I brought these so you could eat them anyway!" Keith immediatdly replied her and then she grabbed a doughnut.

The sitting arrangement soon changed, I moved over to Thalia's side so we could talk but I just felt really awkward.

To be honest, everyone except Iris and Leonardo looked weird. They seemed to be comfortable in each other's company as they ate and talked the day away.

He's supposed to be getting to know me better but instead he's getting to know Iris.

"Do you like what I bought?" Keith moved over to my side.

I hated to admit it but the cupcakes and cookies he bought were absolutely heaven. I have to know where he bought them from.

"I hate to say it," I began. "I mean I really really really really hate to say it but, the chocolate chip cookies and cupcakes you bought were absolutely divine! I have to know where you bought them from." I completed but he just sat frozen on the spot.

"Rie, he wasn't the one that got them." Thalia explained and then turned Leonardo and pointed at him. "He did." She clarified.

He didn't seem to even hear us, he was so engrossed in what Iris was saying to even hear us.

Wait a minute.

There are other people here, people that are older than Iris, why's he so interested in Iris? Is he a pedophile? Does he get excited by young girls? If he tries anything with my sister, I'll kill both him and his siblings, if he has any.

"Iris." I called and they both turned to face us. "Leave Leonardo alone, he must be tired of talking." I playfully told her so nobody would understand why I am trying to send her away from him.

"No, I'm actual-"

"This is one of the assignment done already, you can go home now." I rudely spat gradually getting disgusted by his antics with my youngest sister.

"Oh.." He frowned a bit.

Leonardo's so disgusting, he's really upset I told him to leave?

"Can you walk me outside first?" He turned around to ask as he dragged his feet on the ground.

" No. You know how you came here."

"Come on Rie, walk him out!" Iris came towards me and pulled my hands urging me to stand up.

What did he tell my sister to get her on his side so much?

"Fine, I'll walk him out, okay?" I patted Iris on her head.

"Have a good night then!" He smiled to everyone before exiting the house.

" Riona did I do anything to make you upset with me?" He asked.

" Why? Did you do something that could offend me?"

" I don't know, I-"

" Stop the pretense, you psychopath!" I said loud enough for him to hear.

" Psyc-"

" Shut up. I will say this only once, if you think because we live alone, you'd be able to try something with my younger sister, you are so damn wrong." I pointed my finger at him. " I thought you were a good person, but obviously not, stay away from me and my family and if I ever see you around any of us, I will kill you."

" Wh-"

" Shut up! I told you to shut up didn't I? Get out of here and don't even think about coming here again! I was naive to think you were a good person." I voiced out before walking inside banging the door shut.

Stupid!

If only Riona knew her life was a teen fiction!

Riona might not be like other teenage girls, but she sure does jump into conclusions a lot.
