        The wedding plans were back on track. Locations were booked, Flowers were ordered, dresses and suits were tailored, only one detail was left. My wedding dress. I honestly didn't even know what to look for. So, naturally, I sought the help of someone who could. Emily, Garcia, JJ, and Merideth. I sighed as I took off yet another failure.

        "Marianne!" Meredith called. "I've found it! It's perfect for you!" She tossed a dress over the door and I slipped it on. The top was a sheer material with a design on it. The skirt was ruffled with a long slit near the middle.  I left the dressing room and showed them.

        "That's it. That's the one." Garcia said.

        "It looks great." Emily told me. I nodded.

        "Yeah...I like this one."

~~~
        As the wedding drew closer, I grew more and more nervous. By the time the night before came around, I was freaking out. I texted Spencer.
        Are you as petrified as I am?
        Definitely.
        Good. That's normal then.
        Yeah. Are you ok?
        I'm fine...Just...scared.
        Well yeah, I figured from the "Are you as Petrified as I am?".
        Ha ha. Funny. Well, I have to go and try to sleep away my fear. Love you.
        Love you too.  I sighed.Oh dear.
~~~

        I was woken up the next morning by my sister's excited screaming.

        "Marianne! Get up! You're getting married today!" I sat up and sighed. Oh boy. Merideth came crashing into the room. She grabbed my arm and pulled me out of bed, nearly knocking me to the floor.

        "Calm down!"

        "I can't!" She pulled my into a chair and quickly started doing my make-up. She excitedly put eyeliner dangerously close to my eye.

        "Meredith, Meredith stop!" She stopped. "Your going to put my eye out with that thing! Calm down."

        "Ok...Sorry. I'm just really excited! My little sister's getting married!"

        "Is this how I was supposed to act at your wedding? Because if it was I am sorry, I was no where close." She laughed.

        "Ok. I'm calm now." Her phone beeped and She looked down at it. "Oh no."

        "What?"

        "Mom and Dad aren't going to be able to make it."

        "What?" I asked.

        "They're snowed in down there. They can't get out. I'm so sorry, Mare."

        "No, it's fine. These things happen. I'll have someone tape it for them."

        "Do you want me to walk you down the isle?" She asked. I shook my head.

        'No, your the Maid of Honor. You go when your supposed to."

        "Well, then who's gonna walk you?" I smiled.

        "I have just the person." I grabbed my phone.

        I need you to do me a favour.

        Yes?

        I need you to walk me down the isle. My Parents can't make it.

        Are you sure?

        Yes. I want you walking down with me.

~~~
        We headed to the church. I was terrified. My palms were sweating and My legs were shaking. Meredith took my hand. I smiled at her.
        "It's ok to be scared. It's normal." I nodded.
        "I know."
~~~

        I was about to walk down the isle.

        'Are you ready?" Hotch asked. I nodded.

        'Ready as I'll ever be." I took his arm and the door opened. Everyone stood as I walked. I smiled, feeling less and less terrified with every step. I handed Meredith my bouquet of Daises and looked at Spencer.  He was clearly freaking out too. Morgan whispered something in his ear. He nodded. I stopped at the alter.

        "Ladies and Gentlemen, Family and friends. We are gathered her today to join this couple in holy matrimony, through sickness and in health, until death due them part.

          "Dearly Beloved, we are gathered here today in the presence of these witnesses to join Marianne and Spencer in matrimony, Commended to be honorable above all; and therefore is not to be entered into lightly, but reverently, passionately, lovingly, and solemnly. Into this-these two persons present now come to be joined. If any person can show just cause as two why they may not be joined together-speak now, or forever hold your peace. Spencer? Your vows." Spencer stepped foreword and cleared his throat.

        "If any of you have known me for very long, I know what your thinking. 'How in the world is Spencer Reid getting married before I am?'." I laughed. "The answer to this question is the girl, who by FBI regulations is not allowed to work at the B.A,U. due to her age, was hired.Maya Angelo said, "Love is that condition in the human spirit so profound that it empowers us to develop courage;To trust that courage and build bridges with it;to trust those bridges and cross over them so we can attempt to reach each other.". People say I'm a genius, but I never knew what that meant. The thing about love is, you can't imagine it if you've never experienced it. And now I have. I fell in love unexpectedly, but I plan to be in love forever." I smiled at him.

        "Unfortunately I don't have a big speech like that..." I laughed along with everyone else." I don't have any quotes or memories...I know a lot of things. Anyone who knows me can tell you that. But...when it comes to relationships...I'm clueless. All those little girls my age, they would sit at recess planning their fairy-tale weddings, while I did my book report over 'War and Peace'. But you see...there was something that I didn't know. Something I wish I had known. I wasn't the only kid going to college at fourteen." The guests all laughed again. "He understands things no one else understands. We have been through so much together...things other people wouldn't even think to dream of...And I love him."

        "Spencer, do you take Marianne as your Lawfully wedded wife, through sickness and health, for richer or for poorer, as long as you both shall live?"

        "I do."

        "And do you, Marianne, take Spencer as your Lawfully wedded husband, through sickness and health, for richer or for poorer, as long as you both shall live?"

        "I do."

        "I know pronounce you man and wife. You may kiss the bride!" I smiled as he kissed me. We pulled apart and faced the crowd. "Mr. And Mrs. Dr. Reid!" I laughed at that.
