        I strapped my heels up and pinned my hair up into a bun. I then proceeded back into Meredith's room to help her get dressed. She had on a floor length, strapless, wedding dress with a mint colored ribbon around her waist. Her hair was curled and pulled back out of her face.

        "You look beautiful." I told her. She looked up at me.

        "Thank you. But what about you? That color is great on you!" I smiled.

        "Thanks. And I don't want to complain on your wedding day, but you couldn't have gotten one with sleeves? Or straps at the least?" I pulled the top of the dress up.

        'It's fine! You should show more skin sometimes. And get some sun light, you're as pale as milk." I smiled.

        'Yeah, I know. So, how are you? You're getting married in half an hour."

        "To be honest? Terrified."

        "But that makes sense though. I mean, it's a big commitment. And if dad approves of him, then you know he's a good guy." She laughed.

        "Yeah...It just...it kind of makes me wish Danny was here." I froze, but quickly regained my composure.

        "Yeah, me too. He would have loved this." She nodded.

        'Oh! I almost forgot!" She ran over to her desk and handed me a box.

        'What is this?"

        "I bought it as a 'Congratulations' present when you got the job with the Bureau, but I didn't want to mail it too you, so I just waited." I opened the box. It was an engraved silver chain, and at the end was a glass ball with tiny white daises in it...my favorite flower.

        "Oh my gosh...How much did this cost?"

        "I can't tell you that! It's against the rules of gift giving. I want you to wear it today." I smiled, putting it on.

        'It's beautiful...thank you! Well, then I guess I could just give you your present now." I smiled, handing her the wrapped box. She opened it and smiled. It was a picture frame, and at the top, it said. "Gone but not forgotten" In the frame, was a picture of us and Danny. She was eleven, I was Eight, and Danny was Seventeen. Tears welled up in her eyes and she hugged me. That's when Karen came in.

        "It's time, you ready?" I smiled.

        "Let's go."

~~~
        I walked down the isle, smiling at everyone, my eyes locking with Spencer's.  Soon Meredith walked and the ceremony began.
        "Dearly Beloved, we are gathered here today in the presence of these witnesses to join Meredith and Mark in matrimony, Commended to be honorable above all; and therefore is not to be entered into lightly, but reverently, passionately, lovingly, and solemnly. Into this-these two persons present now come to be joined. If any person can show just cause as two why they may not be joined together-speak now, or forever hold your peace. Mark? Your vows." He cleared his throat.
        "Meredith, I knew from the moment I saw you in your father's classroom, that you would be the woman that I was going to marry. We've been through some pretty tough things, but each trial and problem has only made me-if possible-love you more.  I promise to always love you unconditionally. Take my word on this: Everything that makes me who I am, everything about me, is now and forever yours."
        "Mark, When I first met you, I thought you were a dork. Your first words to me were 'Come here often?'," We all laughed, "But then we started talking, and all of a sudden, I felt like I could tell you anything. You were my best friend. You are my best friend. And I love you with all of my heart.  You're dorky, and a genius,  and your jokes are absolutely atrocious...and those are just some of the things I love about you."  She told him. I smiled.
        "May I have the rings? Mark, do you take Meredith to be your lawfully wedded wife, in sickness or in health, for richer or for poorer, til death do you part?"
        "I do."
        'And do you, Meredith, want to spend the rest of your life hearing 'Do you come here often'?" We all laughed again.
        "Very much so."
        "I know pronounce you man and wife...I think you know what comes next." They kissed each other. "I give you, Mr. and Mrs. Mark Benning!" I clapped loudly.
~~~

       I sat with Spencer at the reception, watching Meredith and Mark dance. They were perfect together. I saw Meredith go over to the DJ and shoot me an evil grin. "You Lift Me Up" By Mikey Wax came on. She knew it was one of my favorites. And suddenly, I was being dragged onto the dance floor by Meredith, while the bridesmaids grabbed Spencer.

        'You're going to dance with your boyfriend at my wedding." Spencer took one of my hands and put the other on my waist. I put my free hand on his shoulder. I smiled. He spun me around and we continued dancing. I looped my arms around his neck, and he wrapped his arms around me, burying his face into my neck.

        "Thank you." I told him.

        'For what?"

        'Coming with me." I could feel his breath on my neck. "How on earth are you standing like that? That can't be comfortable, considering how much taller you are then me." He pulled back and looked at me. I kissed him, smiling against his lips. He put his hands on my face, and I felt him smile too.
