'Wow' he said 'that was amazing'
'Yeah' I said staring into his eyes 'thanks for saving me'
'It was my pleasure, considering I almost through you off' he said
We both laughed as we ran back undercover to get out of the rain. The Ice Skating show was starting in 5 minutes, so we headed down to the ice rink. We had to go through the casino to get there. It brought back so many memories of me as a kid, running through there and trying not to get in trouble for being underage. We found it and walked in. There were two seats available right at the front, so we went and were about to sit down when a girl, probably about my age, grabs her bag off the floor and puts it two seats away from her, only leaving one.
'Sorry' she said 'that seats taken, but Joe you can sit here with me'
She pointed the seat next to her
'Um no thanks, Cassie' I'm hanging out with Cora tonight' He replied
'Are you sure, my boyfriends at the arcade tonight until 11 tonight, I'm all alone' she said in a flirty way
'No really, I wanna be with Cora tonight, but I'll see you tomorrow at the gym' Joe said as we walked to the back of the arena to find seats
'She had a very pissed on her look on her face.
I was really flattered that he chose me over her, because she was prettier than me and all, but I started to wonder if Joe did this all the time, and if he actually liked me.
'Sorry about that' Joe said to me, 'she can be really clingy sometimes.
'oh, that's ok' I said
But it wasn't. The whole show I was distracted by what had happened earlier. I didn't know whether or not he liked me or if he was just being nice to me to hook up. I felt like I couldn't trust him even though I trusted him more when even when I hadn't met him. But I was having a surprisingly nice day so I tried to let it go, and enjoy the rest of the show.
After the show had finished, he walked me too my room and kissed me goodbye.
'Goodnight' he said, 'I had a really nice time
'Night' I replied and smiled as he walked away to his room. I went into my room and got into bed. The rocking of the boat and the sound of waves crashing made me drift off to sleep.
