The first thing Elladora did was go to Gringotts and got enough money - and changed it into muggle money. She then went to a real estate agent's in the centre of Muggle London, and purchased a flat.

It would take a week before it was ready for her live in, so she went to the nearest hotel and booked a room for a week. She also decided that she needed some time to collect her thoughts, so she basically ignored all of the letters that were coming to her - lots of them being from James.

After the week in the hotel was up, Elladora finally moved into her new apartment.

It was a two bed flat, with everything that she needed in it - and as they were in central London, it was rather expensive.

Elladora then spent the rest of the Christmas break getting new furniture for her new home and decorating it, and it didn't take too long seeing as she was nearly eighteen and could use magic.

When January began and there was two days left until she had to go back to school, Elladora made some changes to her appearance.

She cut her long hair to just above her shoulders and made the front layered from the back. She got her seconds and thirds piercings done, and got a helix piercing.

Then that tattoos came. She went to a magical tattoo parlour for one of them. She got a moving tattoo of the lunar cycle on the inside of her left wrist- so she was always ahead of her potion making. The muggle tattoos she got were more delicate. On her right pinky she got the word 'promise'.

On the curve of her waist she got the silhouette of two birds in flight - signifying how she was now free from her parents.

She got her trunk packed for Hogwarts and got ready to apparate to the station.

She wore a pair of high waisted baggy black jeans - like she had done at Christmas - a cropped white tee with a yellow plaid jacket over the top, and her Docs.

Her makeup was the same as always, but the eyeliner was slightly darker than what it had been the weeks before Christmas.

She apparated to an alleyway just outside of the train station and then walked into it. She was used to getting looks from teenagers - and some older men too - she knew that she was pretty, but she always ignored them.

It was five to eleven when she walked through the barrier.

And almost immediately did she spot Euphemia and Fleamont stood with a crowd of worried students. No matter how much Elladora wanted to go over there, she refrained herself - not wanted their pity.

So, instead she walked straight onto the train and to the compartment that she, Evan and Regulus always shared.

She sat down and lit her cigarette. She had been smoking more since she left Godric's Hollow. After her whole fight with James and then her parents, she was much too stressed, and she had leant on her habit.

She heard the compartment door slide open, and then a sigh of relief. She knew it was Regulus before she even turned to look at him.
