Summer had been a lot of fun for the Potter Lupin-Black's. Ernie had come to stay over after Harry's punishment was over, as did Dorian, Ella and Neville.

Elladora had to work a lot that summer, so Remus really picked up the slack.

But today they were going to Diagon Alley to get their books, and for the triplets and Ella - their wands and such a like.

And Elladora was already slightly emotional about having her last babies leaving the nest, but she was choosing not to dwell on it.

"Everyone know how to use floo powder?" Remus asked.

"Yes." The triplets, twins and Harry chorused with a grin.

"Ok, Diagon Alley then." Remus said as he passed the bowl of floo powder to Castor.

After the Lupin-Black twins went successfully, Remus went.

Then it was Harry's turn.

"Diagonally!" He called.

Elladora sighed and slapped a hand to her forehead.

"Your brother is going to be the death of me." She muttered to the triplets.

"What did he say?" Lily asked in confusion.

"Diagonally rather than Diagon Alley. Merlin, Lil, listen." Myles said with a grin.

Lily rolled her eyes at her brother.

Felix stood in between them to stop a fight from brewing.

"You three go." Elladora said with a sigh.

They went one by one, doing an exponentially better job than Harry had done and managed to get to Diagon Alley.

Elladora cursed and realised she was going to have to copy Harry's movement in order to find him.

With a sigh she said, "Diagonally."

Elladora was spat out of a dusty fireplace and skidded across the grimy floor.

"For fucks sake." She cursed as she stood up and dusted herself off.

Her eyes scanned the shop and hoped that Harry wasn't too far from herself.

Luckily, she saw the boy standing by a severed hand.

"Harry you touch that and I'll ground you for a month." Elladora warned as she approached him.

Harry jumped in surprise at his mother's voice.

"Oh thank fuck, mum." Harry mumbled as he threw himself into her arms.

Elladora sighed and stroked his hair comfortingly.
