"Agent Parker, Level 9 clearance."

Parker stepped in the elevator and told the AI where he wanted to go, he stepped out to see everyone's eyes on him. Tony stood up from the couch and made his way over to the boy.

"Agent Parker, I presume? It's nice to meet you, although I couldn't find any information about your past. Quite strange."

"Likewise I'm sure. I would like to see you all in conference room 5 in 30 minutes for introductions. Be there or so God help you." And with that he walked back into the elevator, leaving any questions about his identity unanswered.

35 minutes later, everyone is there except one person.

"Where is Stark?" Parker asked obviously annoyed. On cue Stark walked in with his sunglasses on and a cup of coffee in hand.

"Stark, put the coffee down, take the glasses off and take a seat."

"No, I don't have to listen to you." Peter stands up against this rebellion, going face to face with Tony.

"Did I fucking stutter?"

"No but it's my tower I can do whatever the hell I want."

"Did. I. Fucking. Stutter? Or do I need to take a more forceful approach?" His voice cold, his face emotionless. The avengers shivered, including Natasha. With this Stark backed down, setting his coffee on the side table before walking round and sitting next to Steve, who was staring at the cup shocked.

"Now we are all finally here. My name is Peter Parker, I'm 16 and work alongside Fury. I'm a training specialist, meaning I deal with this and worse, and have for 4 years. Miss Romanoff is the only one I have met before, and although it was very brief in a meeting, she knows I don't take any bullshit." Nat only nods in confirmation as Peter continues. "I know about everyone here so let's jump straight into training shall we? Mr. Rogers, are you with us?"

"Oh yes, Sorry Mr. Parker" Steve looked at Parker directing his gaze from the cup of freshly brewed, but now wasted Coffee.

"It's quite alright and please, I gave you my first name for a reason. Anyways, let's say Stark was falling off of a cliff, Mr. Barton was surrounded by aliens and Miss. Romanoff was defenceless tryingto escape from more cyborgs. Who would you save first and why?"

Steve paused for a moment before continuing. "I would save Tony, then Clint, Then  Natasha. Tony would 100% die from that drop where as Nat has a get-away approach and Clint is more than capable of fending off attacks."

"You forgot a few points. Stark wouldn't need saving becuase he has his nano-tech suit, he could call it and fly off at any time. Miss. Romanoff however, no-one said about her having a escape plan, she could've been limping away from the enemy for all you knew. And how do you know Mr. Barton hasn't been overpowered as well? He could be out of arrows or bullets with the enemy closing in on him. The best way to sort that out would be to do what? I'm taking suggestions from everyone."

After a few seconds Thor sits up and says "Couldn't you just give the Widow an escape route and help the Son of Hawk?" Peter stays silent to this but then Bruce speaks up. "Surely they would have comms in, so you speak in the comms to see how urgent the situation is, or just get the rest of the team to help, since Tony and Cap would both be there? One to help Natasha, one to help Clint."

Peter's lips curl upwards for a few seconds before he says anything. "Communication is key to being a team. Good work Dr. Banner. Now to our next matter of business. Please read the piece of paper I will give all of you and if you have any disagreements, please don't voice them. Just deal with it because this is the most leniant program I can set you with for you to make actual progress.
