It's the next day and we are all in the food hall for breakfast. Minho pulls me aside. "Look I know your mad at me for killing Gally but you have to understand-" he starts but I cut him off "I know" I sigh "And you did the right thing, you were protecting us" I say looking at my feet.
I don't think Minho expected me to say this but I definitely didn't expect him to do what he did after I said that. He lifted my head with his finger to meet his gaze. Our eyes met, none of us where able to find the right words.
It felt like the entire room was as watching us and I think they where because one kid run past us and pushed us into each other. "Woah" Minho says and catches me effortlessly.
I can feel my cheeks burn bright red as we walk over to the table with the rest of our friends.
