"Alright gang we have to go the rest of the way on foot" Jorge calls as he turns the engine off. The road is blocked by other uninhabited cars covered in dust. We all get out of the car and start to walk around cars that have broken windows and is that a bullet hole in the windscreen.
"Hey guys-" Thomas starts but is cut off by gun shots. "Everybody get down!" I yell taking cover behind a car. "Alright guys on the count of three cover your ears and stay safe" Jorge calls out. "What?!" I yell. "Just do as he says Y/n!" Thomas calls out.
"Drop it!" A girl calls out drawing all our attention to two girls. One has blonde hair put back in a fishtail braid. The other has lovely tanned skin and dark hair held back by a bandanna. They are both holding guns at us.
"Drop it I said" the tanned girl calls out again pointing her gun at Jorge. "Do as they say guys" Jorge says while deactivating the bomb. We all stand up with our hands up in the air.
The girl falters in her actions and with a weary voice says "Aris?". Aris steps forward trying to get a better look at the girl. "Oh my god Harriet" he says back. Both girls drop their guns. "I can't believe your alive" Harriet says pulling Aris into a hug. The other girl walks forward to join the hug "Aris we could've shot your dumbass" the girl says "Nice to see you too Sonya" Aris laughs back.
Aris then turns to us "It's ok I was in the maze with them" he says.
