7 year-old Tyler was sitting down by the pavement, waiting for his small neighbor to come out and play with him. a new family had just moved into the house next to them, and he instantly made friends with the girl that was his age there.
suddenly he saw the door of the house open, and y/n came out looking cheerful and ran to him.
Tyler smiled and ran towards her, and they both gave each other a big warm hug.
"i missed you Ty!" y/n told him in a happy voice.
"missed you too y/n" Tyler replied with a small blush on his face.
y/n smiled and dragged him to the park there, so they could play all the fun games they always do.
"do you wanna play catch the ball?" Tyler asked y/n.
"yes duhhh" y/n replied and threw the ball to Tyler.
they both threw the ball back and forth, while laughing and playing around.
"hey y/n look over there!" Tyler said and pointed behind her.
"what is it-" y/n cluelessly turned around only to realize that Tyler was tricking her.
Tyler threw the ball and accidentally hit y/n in the face, and she fell to the ground. Tyler thought and heard y/n crying, and quickly ran to her.
Tyler looked down at y/n and realized that she was just laughing and was confused.
"that was funny!" y/n said while giggling.
"i thought you needed the hospital y/n! not funny!" Tyler replied.
"i'm fine silly" y/n admitted and ruffled Tyler's hair.
Tyler grinned and lay next to her on the grass, looking up at the white clouds above them.
"look that one looks like a pizza Ty!" y/n said and pointed to a cloud that was in that form.
"woah! i want some pizza now!" Tyler declared.
"same, it's my favorite" y/n replied.
"i wanna become a pizza delivery guy in the future" Tyler admitted.
"that's cool! i don't know what i wanna be yet" y/n said.
"you can be anything you want y/n, there are soooooo many jobs!" Tyler told her.
"true! the future will be awesome, i'm gonna get 5 dogs" y/n added.
"i'm gonna get a huge house" Tyler expressed.
"will you get married?" y/n asked.
"maybe.." Tyler replied.
"who will you marry?" y/n asked out of curiosity.
"i-i don't know yet" Tyler admitted even though he knew exactly who he was going to marry.
"i know! you're going to marry aRiAnA gRaNdMa! i heard you listening to her the other day!" y/n said and laughed.
"awe man you got me!" Tyler replied jokingly.
"knew it" y/n said while smiling and kept looking at the clouds above.
Tyler looked at y/n, and felt himself blush from how beautiful she was, and thought,
"i'm gonna marry you y/n"
y/n looked over at him and held his hand in hers; they both then looked up at the sky and thought more about their big and bright dreams for the future.
