Y/n has a good normal life, but after someone he knows pushes him into the street, killing him, he gets reincarnated.
Y/n is then reborn as a baby and after his new family is killed, he is taken under the care of Merlin Wolford, who is known as a great sage in this world.
After Merlin takes in Y/n as his Grandson, who many believe is his granddaughter due to his rather feminine appearance, learns all about magic, which grants him powers beyond normal means.
One thing about Y/n is that all of his common sense from his past life is basically gone, as he will sometimes go overboard with his magic and swordplay.
Y/n's abilities would be excelling in magic, swordplay through a scissor blade, which was made for him by his blood parents.
However, when Y/n is 15, he finds an area with a sailor uniform, which basically allows him more power. He calls is Senkestu, which meant "fresh blood," and goes on the adventure of a lifetime.
