Plot:
Y/n is a huge introvert and very shy, with a case of PTSD. The main reason for this PTSD is not because of something that his parents did to him. Quite the opposite in fact, as it's actually because of something that HE did to a friend.
Back when Y/n was in middle school, he along with his childhood friend, Jaylon Russell, were being bullied, and it really hurt the two physically and mentally.
But the two kept staying together because they made a promise to never leave the other. However, times change, and Y/n was forced to move to Japan, since his father was being transferred there overseas, and there was no family that could watch after him.
Due to the massive amount of bullying that Jaylon now had to endure, and since Y/n was never able to tell him that he had moved away (he learned from a teacher), he took his own life, and when Y/n learned about it when he got back, he stopped going to school, not wanting to remember that place.
Many years later, Y/n stumbles upon a portal, but Y/n doesn't even know how it got there. But before Y/n can call anyone, the portal starts sucking him into it, and even changing his physical appearance to that of a girl, "parts" and everything.
When he, now she, lands, she is in an area overrun with pure chaos, as a man known as Infinite destroys literally anything in his path. When Y/n tries to grab a weapon that was placed nearby, Infinite stops and Y/n starts shacking in pure fear, due to the guilt of his past.
After Infinite spares Y/n's life, he runs into a man named Knuckles, and after a robot nearly hits him from behind while talking to Y/n, Y/n finds out he can use fire magic. Knuckles then has Y/n join the resistance, with Y/n's consent of course, to stop Eggman and save Sonic, the only one who might have a chance of defeating him.
But during this whole operation to save this world from utter destruction, Y/n will have to find a way to overcome her own problems, as during her battles with the resistance, she learns something about the enemy that she wished she had never learned.
