Plot:
Y/n was a fan of High School DxD, but hated Issei with a grueling passion. The biggest reason is the perverted attitude he has, and would always throw up when and wherever he used dress break and/or Pailingual. One day, he passes by a fountain, and makes a joke wish about taking Issei's place as the Red Dragon Emperor in High School DxD. However, right after he goes to bed, he finds himself in Issei's house, and is now a girl!
Y/n takes the time to learn that he, or rather his soul, was taken to another version of the DxD universe, one where Y/n is the adopted daughter to the Hyoudou family, as Y/n quickly learns that Issei was never born, and so Issei's parents decided to go adopt a child, that child being Y/n.
Y/n, after learning this truth, realizes that his joke wish he made actually became reality, at the cost of his manhood. Y/n, knowing that Rias might come after him, thinking that he might have a Sacred Gear, makes a deal with her after Y/n deals with Raynare. If she can find a way to make him(now her) a part of her peerage while still retaining her humanity, she'll join.
After many attempts, and even help from Sirzechs, Y/n becomes a part of Rias's peerage, while still remaining 100% human. Now with his newfound abilities, Y/n trains to become the best Red Dragon Emperor, surpass Vali in every way, and beat all the antagonists of the anime. But, Y/n is now the Red Dragon Emperor, or rather Empress, so you know what that means. Y/n's getting a Yuri harem!
