Plot:
Y/n was an average young gamer, who was really into the Pokémon Sword and Shield game. So much in fact, that he's even attempted to catch 'em all, just like the Pokémon slogan. However, he doesn't really interact that much with people, so he does get bullied by other students from time to time.
One day, Y/n and his entire class are taken to another world, and through an announcement, are told that they will need to fight the Demon King of Despair. Unfortunately, the school's best student, and son of the principal they attend, pushes Y/n out of the classroom, not having him be part of the transfer to the other world.
Y/n starts to isolate in his room, then works and collects all 400 Pokémon in the Sword and Shield Pokédex (Not including DLC). One day on Discord, he's challenged by a guy who's name is Nilios, to a Pokémon battle. Y/n beats him with ease, and he's offered the chance to go to the world his classmates were, and defeat the Demon King of Despair.
Y/n accepts the deal, thinking he's joking around, but is soon taken to the world of Hashagar, and takes the appearance of his character. Luckily for him, he can change his gender from boy and girl as he wishes, has all 400 Pokémon from Sword and Shield, and can copy one ability from monsters and his Pokémon.
With Y/n's newfound powers, skills, and body, Y/n quickly learns three powerful, and very dangerous, truths. One, his classmates, who are known as the "heroes" in this new world, are only seen as sacrificial pawns to the eyes of the King, the Church, and their "goddess," Unera. Two, the Demon King of Despair isn't a "King" and is actually fighting mankind for world peace. And Three, the Demons aren't the only ones at war the humans, but the elves, spirits, demi-humans, and dragons.
Now, with the world's colors laid bare for Y/n to see, he embarks on a grand journey to bring an end to the corrupt human empire, save his classmates that haven't been tainted by their influence, and bring world peace in the name of the Demon King!
