Plot:
It has been 3 years since the defeat of the Devil King. Megumin began a journey with the Crimson Vow, Darkness started to go on adventures all on her own, and Aqua returned to her rightful place in heaven.
As Y/n was heading back to his new place, he got summoned by Segami to her realm, where she asked Y/n to do something. Her request? For Y/n to become the first human turned god, and help with the fate of the well-being of humans back on Earth. However, he will look older and his weapons/powers will not be transferred over to Earth
After a long time of hard thinking, Y/n accepts the deal, and Segami begins the transfer, and Y/n becomes the first Artificially made god, so Y/n has to really work a name for himself. The first step to that is getting himself a shrine.
A few years after Y/n became a god, he works with his regalia and everything works out well. Until she decides to break the contract, due to the fact that he's broke, not a true god, and doesn't even have a shrine.
Now, insert young middle schooler Rumiko Moore. She's enjoying her everyday life, but saves Y/n and now starts to have an out of world body experience. She now can see what no human can see, and Y/n tries to help her fix her body, with the cost of five yen, and the most bizarre adventure begins.
