Y/n was a fan of Pokemon, and played a lot of the games, along with watching the anime. However, good ol' Truck-Kun comes in a almost kills him. In truth, he actually died to someone accidentally dropping a piano on him.
In his dying moments, he meets Arceus, who looks more like an anime girl, which confused the hell out of Y/n. Turns out he learned that the Arceus he's speaking to comes from an Alternate Universe of Pokémon, where the Pokémon are actually anime girls. The reason why Arceus is telling Y/n this is because she wants to reincarnate him into the world.
Y/n accepts, even though he isn't the Pokémon trainer, he still gets to explore the world of Pokémon, which many people would probably like to do in their life. He then is reborn as a random starter Pokémon in the world, which excites Y/n.
Now begins Y/n's new life as he (now she) and her new trainer now explore the new world of "PokéGirls"!!!
