Jellicle Ball Pt 1

Victoria gracefully ran out from the shadows, looking at Old Deuteronomy with a troubled look on her face. Old Deuteronomy tilted his head slightly and said, "What is it?" He whispered. Victoria lifted her paw out toward him, before looking back to where she came from. She turned back and did a little graceful dance move.
Another dark calico adolescent hopped out from the other dark side of the Junkyard, her eyes widened with curiosity. "Jemima." Victoria noticed her kittenhood friend. The white queen gracefully went up to Jemima and they both touched paws and moved downwards.

"Jellicle cats, come out tonight..." Old Deuteronomy began to sing. Munkustrap was stood next to his father, looking at his daughter Jemima and the graceful white queen Victoria who were both dancing next to eachother. "Jellicle cats come one, come all." Old Deuteronomy finished,
Victoria and Jemima began to sing as they dance gracefully, "The Jellicle Moon is shining bright." They began as they spun around and put their paws out in front of them, "Jellicles come to the jellicle ball."

"Jellicle cats are black and white." Alonzo seemed to slowly come out of the shadows.
Victoria turned away and purred, thinking of her mate Mistoffelees doing this.
Alonzo went to his sister in law and purred at the same time, "Jellicle cats are rather small." He then looked at Jemima.
An tabby and white tom adolescent tom pounced over. It was Pouncival. "Jellicle cats are merry." Alonzo went in between Victoria and Jemima.
"And bright!" Pouncival smiled happily. Victoria and Jemima sang together and high five Alonzo, "And pleasant to hear when we caterwhaul!"

"Jellicle cats have cheerful faces!" Skimbleshanks came out, with a small dance. Tumblebrutus followed after him, "Jellicle Cats have bright black eyes!"

Mistoffelees junped around his mate, Victoria, "We like to practice our airs and graces." He spun the white queen around. Victoria pressed her head into his white chest fur, smiling. "I hope our daughter is watching this..." Victoria thought.

"And wait for the jellicle moon to rise." The jellicles sang together, looking up at the moon.

"Jellicle cats develop slowly." Bombatoria looked at Cepheus.

"Jellicle cats are not too big." Pouncival, Tumblebrutus and Plato sang.

"Jellicle cats are roly poly." Asparagus looked at Mistoffelees and Skimbleshanks.
"We know how to dance a gavotte and a jig." Mistoffelees and Skimbleshanks rolled their eyes at Asparagus. Asparagus shook his head in disappointment.

"Until the jellicle moon appears!" Demeter looked up at the moon. An red queen appeared behind her sister, with her daughter Aelina next to her. Aelina. What the jellicles didnt see...was that Mungojerrie and Olivia were pressing their heads close to eachother. This wasn't normal friendship. Even Rumpleteazer spotted it.

"We make our toilet and take our repose." Bombalurina sang. Aelina saw Mungojerrie and Olivia curling around eachother. Rumpleteazer thought, "What on earth is going on?" She thought, looking at her brother.

"Jellicles wash behind their ears." Jennyanydots sang joyfully.
Jellylorum sang as George nuzzled Etcetera, "Jellicles dry between their toes."

"Jellicle cats are white and black." Coricopat meowed out.

Rumpleteazer grabbed Mungojerrie away from Olivia, "Jellicle cats are of moderate size!" But only Teazer was singing it. "What? How could you?" She whispered.

"Jellicles jump like a jumping jack!" Plato, Alonzo and George sang.

Cassandra sang from where she was, "Jellicle cats have moonlit eyes."

"We're quiet enough in the morning hours. We're quiet enough in the afternoon." the cats sang.

"Reserving our Terpsichorean powers!" Munkustrap and Mistoffelees sang together. Mungojerrie went back to Olivia, nuzzling her. Olivia smiled and spun around him.
"To dance by the light of the jellicle moon." The cats sang.

"Jellicle cats are black." Alonzo sang.
Olivia went to Victoria, Rumpleteazer  and Etcetera, "And white!" They sang.

"Jellicle cats, as we said, are small
If it happens to be a stormy night
We will practice a caper or two in the hall." The toms sang.

"If it happens the sun is shining bright." The jellicles sang.

"You could say we have nothing to do at all." Rum Tum Tugger got surrounded by Aelina, Acacia, Eucalyptus and Bombatoria.

"We are resting and saving ourselves to be right. For the Jellicle moon and the Jellicle ball." The cats sang. Rum Tum Tugger chuckled as his daughter Aelina fell on her side.

"Jellicle cats come out tonight
Jellicle cats come one, come all
The Jellicle moon is shining bright
Jellicles come to the Jellicle ball."
