Introducing Starlight to the tribe

"Tugger! Shut it or I will zap you." Mistoffelees bared his teeth, giving Starlight to Victoria. "I know you, Misty! You are just saying because you are protective. Oh well I never was there ever, a cat so clever as magical Mr Mistoffelees?" Tugger smirked, playing with Mistoffelees's ears.

"Tugger? I kindly ask you to stop whining him up." Victoria looked at Tugger with an kind smile. Tugger nodded and smiled, "Of course, Vicky." He played with her ears. Mistoffelees rolled his eyes, holding Starlight close protectively. Starlight started to cry and was pawing towards Tugger. Rum Tum Tugger walked over and sat next to Mistoffelees, "Hello pretty one." He smiled. Starlight started playing with his mane and burying her face in it.

"Aww! So adorable!" Mistoffelees could hear Victoria comment. "Yes..very.." Mistoffelees hissed silently, his shoulders raising.

Mistoffelees didnt want to seem overly protective so he smiled sarcastically.

The jellicles got tense all of a sudden, except Starlight.

"MACAVITY!" they could hear Demeter yelp outside. "Victoria, hide Starlight and yourself. Mistoffelees, come with me." Rum Tum Tugger looked at the couple and their kitten. Mistoffelees rolled his eyes with a groan and gave Starlight to his mate who ran out.

Electra looked at Victoria, "Come, hide with us!" She shrieked until someone pushed her over. "Electra!" Victoria shrieked and then heard Starlight's scared cries. Electra got up and the adolescent looked scared up at Macavity. Victoria grabbed Electra's paw, "Come on!" She gasped.

"Is everyone safe? Especially the kitten?" Bombalurina asked, rubbing Starlight's chin. "Macavity is after the kitten!" Demeter shrieked next to Bombalurina. "Mama!" Starlight started to cry. Victoria held the tuxedo kitten close to her. Bombalurina felt bad, she didnt want to say this..
