"Gus the Theatre Cat...is the jellicle choice." Old Deuteronomy announced.
Jellylorum flinched surprisingly, she got up and headed toward the elders den. Asparagus followed after his mate.
Victoria held Starlight to her chest, looking at her mate and nuzzled him. Mistoffelees nuzzled back.
Aelina got up and gracefully spun around and pointed at the elders den. She lifted one leg up and then put it down again. Carbucketty lifted her up and sat down. Aelina layed next to Carbucketty.
Jellylorum and Asparagus helped the old theatre cat out of the den. Gus had a smile on his face, which made all the other cats grin. Gus finally became the Jellicle Choice!
Aelina got up again and danced around the clearing, lifting one leg up.
Bombalurina watched in wonder, along with Rum Tum Tugger. The parents wondered what she was telling them. Aelina brushed her paws from her chest to her belly fur, doing a move from 'Macavity: the mystery cat'.
The cats turned their attention toward Gus again.
"Congratulations, Gus!"
"Congratulations!"
"Good luck!"
"Im very happy for you!"
The voices of the jellicles made Gus grin more.
