Missing kitten

Demeter rushed around anxiously, "Munkustrap? You've last seen Bombatoria a few hours ago, havent you? She STILL hasnt came back." The calico shrieked. Jemima went to Ares, "Were you part of this?" She gently asked. Ares shook his head and turned away from her. "Demeter, in two nights its the Jellicle ball! I promise that we will find her. We'll send out a searching group." Munkustrap nuzzled his mate. Aelina was following her father out of the den, "Whats going on?" She asked Tugger. Rum Tum Tugger looked at her, "Didnt your mother tell you to groom your fluffy fur?" He rolled his eyes with a smile.

"Munkustrap! I caught a scent trail of Bombatoria!" Alonzo got up, sniffing the air. "First, before I send out a searching group..I must say this." Munkustrap got up into a stance. The jellicles looked up from their places. "Etcetera, Electra, Jemima, Pouncival, Tumblebrutus, George are now adolescents. My, how time goes by! More kittens are on the away as well." Munkustrap pointed at Agathea, who was sprawled out on an old thrown out cat bed.
"Then Alonzo, Tugger, Bombalurina and Aelina." Munkustrap smiled. "What, my brother? Why Aelina? Shes only just a kitten!" Tugger rushed over to Munkustrap, holding his bagpipes. "Tugger! Put those annoying things down! And when you go, you'll why she's fit enough. If Bombatoria can survive, then your kitten would." The grey tabby looked at his brother.

"I cant catch up!" The voice of Aelina was far behind them. Alonzo turned to look behind them, "Perhaps its best if you carry her, Bombalurina." The black and white Tom looked at the red queen. Bombalurina came back with Aelina in her arms, sighing.

Will they ever get Bombatoria back before the night of the Jellicle Ball?
