Part Fourteen: Farkle's POV

"So, you like Maya that much? I asked Lucas who had come over to talk.

"Yeah, I really do. But I think she might need time to herself. So do you think you could help me?"

"Well I already said I would help Riley.. um.. win you over, but," he looked shocked then disappointed. "I'll help you Lucas. Bros before babes."

He laughed at that then my phone rang. He was sitting on my phone. HA!! He got up and looked at who was calling.
"Ummmm... who is 'Quirky Little Unicorn Princess'?" He asked me slowly.
"Ohh," I answered sheepishly. "That would be Riley. I'll be back I gotta take this."
I left the room, closed the door, then answered my phone.

"Hey Riles."

"Hey Farkle could I ask you a favor?"

"Anything, anytime."

"Could you come over to Maya's house, ask to play truth or dare, dare either Maya or Lucas to do something dramatic and special with each other, and then dare either Lucas or me to go into a room for 15 minutes and just talk, and then leave so I can read Maya's journal?"

*wow! She said that very fast. She must have practiced. Classic Riley*

"Yes,yes, no, no, and yes," I answered.

"Wait what were the third and fourth things I asked?"

"That would be the Maya Lucas thing, then the you and Lucas thing," I answered confused Riley.

"No no no! Farkle, nothing to extreme for Maya's dare! I need you to do that so I can read her diary! Something's been up with her that she's not telling me and I need to figure it out! And I need the Lucas and me thing because Maya had this brilliant plan so that Lucas will like me!"

"Riley, there are three reasons I can't do that. FIRST! You like Lucas so I can't do that to you. SECOND! Lucas likes someone so I can't do that to him.
THIRD! Riley, your to kind and sweat-hearted to read Maya's diary. You'll never go through with it. This idea is CRAZY..."

Riley interrupted with a confident voice. "If you do all of those things I'll go out with you."

"DEAL!!! Oh Riley, Farkle loves it when you pretend you don't love Farkle. Farkle knows that this was all a set up to get a date with Farkle and pretend you don't care."

Riley sighed annoyingly." whatever Farkle. Come over in 30 minutes and FOLLOW THE PLAN!"

After she hung up(she soo loves me) I walked into my room where I found Lucas watching The Hunger Games on Netfix.

"Come on buddy, we're gonna crash the girl's sleepover. I got a plan to get you and Maya together." hey, that was half true.

He basically flew off of my bed

"What are we waiting for? Let's go!"
He said enthusiastically.

I texted Riley.
"The bait has been set. Forget 30 minutes, we are on our way now!"

This would be interesting.
