When the white ring found me I couldn't understand what it was doing. It ended up on my finger, I felt a strange power and a feeling I could not place. As it slid on my finger there was a burst of light and I found that my green and black clothing was covered in shades of white. Some as pure as to be blinding to look at, and some a near gray color.

But as I looked upon the ring I suddenly realized what to do with it. Thrusting my arm forward I focused on the undead creature in front of me and a piercingly bright light shot forth from the ring and sliced through the creature with such ease and it dissolved as the black ring was destroyed. The creature falling to ash like a vampire in the sunlight.
"I can't believe you got one of those things." Harley said.

"What do you mean?"

"It's supposed to only go to those who have pure intentions, and from what I've heard you aren't pure on anything but how much you love to trick others and kill them. I heard about the eighty people in two days from Ivy. That's a lot of impure for you to have something like that white ring."

That alone stunned me. If she was right why would I get one of them?

"Don't listen to her Daddy. You deserve that ring just as much as anyone here." Abby said grabbing me in a hug and holding me close.

I noticed the white suit on her as well, it hugged every curve she had and made her look like a badass. "Thank you Kitten, where is your armor?"

"I took it off to fight Hela so that we could fight evenly."

"There is no fighting evenly with her!" I nearly screamed as I blasted another undead, but this one did not fall as easily as the rest. I fired another blast of white light and nothing new happened. But when Abby aimed her ring at it and launched a blast of power it turned to ash quickly. "Why did that work for you and not for me?" I asked her.

She shrugged.

"If I were to hazard a guess it would be that she's calm and you are not." Bruce said as he came running up to them in his Hulk form. "If the black rings bring things back from the dead with some sort of unholy magic then it makes sense that the other ring uses another type of emotion like peace since that is the antithesis to the black ring." he looked at us smiling "Plus it helped to have Ivy give me the rundown on two of the rings she encountered, green for will and yellow for fear. She said that there were others."

"Well that's just great, so we have to worry about others coming to help the black ones?" Abby asked.

"That or they will come to help us. There's always two sides to every coin." Bruce said as he grabbed the closest undead and began tearing it limb from limb, tossing the bits as far away as he could. "I just hope we get out of this alive."

We continued firing white light at the creatures as more of the Avengers came to our side. Cap's suite was all white with the stars on it. Clint's black archer outfit was white as snow and the only color to his entire suit was the color of his arrows and bow.

Cap threw his shield with deadly accuracy as it severed heads and arms, never once did it sever a hand though. Clint shot exploding arrows at the undead near him and grinned as the first few exploded into a shower of black ichor and bits of flesh and bone. Then cursed as he watched them reform.

"That's why we use the white rings." I said.

Clint cursed again as Abby sent a white beam at the reformed undead and turned them to ash. "How are the other fairing?" She asked.

"We've lost some of the giants, they fought to the last but we've lost most of the storm giants." Clint said.

"Fuck. We need to stop them from being able to take our dead not give them more fodder." I said angrily.
