In the dining table, Y/N sat between the twins, not minding the strange presence created by the others. The room was awfully quiet without her knowing that all of the brothers eyes were affixed to her. Angie rang that startled everyone, even the dull-eyed female who was silently eating her meal. She forgot to plug in her earphones again since the twins guided her to her seat without the AI's help. Her phone lit up that was sitting on the table just beside her plate on her right.
"Miss Y/N, they were staring at you... *gasp* Oh no! You forgot to plug in your earphones. What now?"
"There, there Angie. It's fine. It's not like I can hide it forever anyways." She let out a smile, though it's not as bright and joyful as before. She sat up straight, letting everyone see the death lingering in her eyes. "I guess you guys might want to know, but it's fine if you don't want to hear it. I'll just speak about it anyways."
"Y/N... ", Belphegor sighed in desolation as he spoke of her name. His left hand caressed her shoulder that sent the very emotion he's having towards Y/N.
"Your eyes... What happened to your eyes?" Mammon gasped in horror after he witnessed the absence of color over Y/N's pupils. "Don't tell me-"
"Your assumptions are correct!" Angie's voice rang again as her holographic image began popping out of her patient's phone.
"Are you Angie? The recent AI application that just came out a month ago?" Levi asked, his jaw dropping in both remorse and delight. His eyes widened at a sudden realization just to gaze lean forward and look to his left where Y/N sat, Belphegor in between them. "I knew it... At first I thought you were just testing the program. But when I noticed that you've been using that app for a month, I've been guessing that something's wrong.
"Indeed I am! And Y/N is my creator... and my very first patient existed in my program." The holographic lolita answered who was now floating towards the center of the long table. "Y/N is a month old blind patient now. She successfully created me before an incident."
Lucifer, who sat at the long edge of the table, was in state of shock after hearing the sudden honesty from a programmed person. "Why didn't you tell us?"
"Angie knows about tha-"
"Angie, I think this matter should come from me. Don't worry, I won't cry about it anymore." She giggled happily yet the brothers knew deep within that she's in a painful state. "By the way, where is Lucifer's direction from my position? I still wanted to talk properly as a normal human could. "
The AI child groaned in sadness when she heard how bittersweet her patient's command was, she scanned on each and every brother present in the room before speaking. "Lucifer was sitting on his usual throne, a hundred and sixty degrees from your position. He's sitting close to Asmodeus, 140 degrees, and Leviathan 180 degrees adjacent your row."
And so she accurately faced the eldest from her seat, putting up the bright smile that was not even close to being ecstatic. She took a deep breath in and out then initiated the awaited confession.
"Haha, I thought that wearing contact lenses and relying on Angie all the time will make things easier for me. I've been living normally even without seeing anything but the shadows and lights. My boss even offered me a raise in the bar I was working in, thanks to the makeup of course. But for now, I don't think I'll be needing it anyway. Wait a sec."
She pulled out from her pocket a pack of her trusty makeup wipes to finally reveal the hidden scars on her face. Across her face were claw marks and dried up burn marks that indicate the severity of her eye damage. She tied up her hair (sorry if yours are short, let's just find a way) and showed the tattooed undercut spots near her ears.
