Gemma eventually found a couple houses that she thought Angelika would like and that were in Happy's budget. She knew how he hated excessive spending and tried to keep the price of the house as low as possible. She also thought about the location of the house and all the houses she found were off the main road with trees blocking the view of the house. One even had a tree-lined driveway which she thought Angelika might like. Wanting to check out the houses, she called for Happy. He grunted as he wiped his hands off, took his work shirt off, then slid his kutte back on.

She told him to get in her car which irritated him even more. On her way to the first house, she told him what they were doing making him groan. He didn't want to go looking at houses. He would rather stay in the clubhouse where he knew they'd be safe. Gemma was determined that they needed their own space especially being a couple. "You'll make her very happy if you find the right house." Gemma told him making him sigh as she pulled to a stop in front of the first house. The realtor was already there and happily gave the grand tour. Happy wasn't sure this house was good enough so the trio made their way to the second house Gemma had found.

He liked that it was off the main road and secluded. The realtor gave them the grand tour as she'd done with the first house but Gemma wasn't impressed and told Happy she wasn't sure Angelika would like it. Thinking about it, the assassin agreed. He finally came to decide that the expenditure was necessary. Despite not wanting to spend his money, he did want to make his 'ol lady happy and give her something she hadn't had in over four years. A home. A home that she felt comfortable in. After hearing how she'd grown up, she'd never really had a home period. It was just somewhere she stayed. The realtor hoped the next house would be the one as they exited the house and headed back to their vehicles. Gemma promised she'd look until she found the right one.

Just like the second property, the third one was set off the main road and secluded. Its driveway was lined with huge trees which shadowed the ground. The driveway came up to a beautiful stone house. His eyes widened figuring he couldn't afford such a place. Gemma nudged his arm to get out of the vehicle. With a deep sigh he followed the Matriarch out of the car and over to the realtor's car. He couldn't quit eyeing the house. It was different, it was unique, and it was beautiful. As he stared at it, he thought they could make a life here in this house.
