Getting Shot...

When I woke up the sun was high in the sky. I sat up confused. I thought Uncle Bruce wanted to get a semi-early start on school shopping. I wouldn’t need clothes or anything. Pepper took me shopping the first weekend I was at Stark Tower, courtesy of Mr. Stark, and got me enough clothes to overflow the ridiculously large closet attached to my room.
Since I didn’t have a choice at what I wore before I had no idea what kind of style I liked. So I got a bit of everything with the promise that as soon as I figured out what I liked best there would be more shopping.
“Where is my Uncle?” I asked JARVIS leaning against my headboard.
“He was called away unexpectedly. He said that when he returned he would take you to go get your school supplies.”
Getting up I took a quick shower and got dressed. Making my way to the kitchen all I heard was silence. Sitting at the table I ate my breakfast in silence. Half way through I couldn’t stand it anymore.
          “JARVIS?” I called out.
“Yes Miss. Banner?” Came the automated voice that I had expected.
“Can you play some music please?” I asked hopefully.
“Yes Miss. Banner.” Came the reply. Soon music filled the kitchen. I smiled to JARVIS. I don’t know if he could see me or not but I smiled anyways.
After finishing my breakfast I went into the living room. Placing my hands on the edge of the couch I lifted myself up so my feet were straight in the air. I bent my body so my feet were on the back of the couch and un-bent it to stand up straight on the back of the couch. I did a couple flips in the air, landing on the back of the couch cleanly every time. Bending back over I put my feet back in the air and dismounted the couch.
I gasped and stumbled, landing on by butt as I noticed a man standing a ways away watching me. He was tall and dark wearing all black. There was an eye patch covering one of his eyes.
“Who are you?” I asked. He was intimidating and it made me uneasy.  He looked at me sternly.
“I think the question is do you know who you are?” He asked me sternly. He started walking towards me. His deep voice put me even more on edge. I started backing away, towards the stairs. I if could make it to my room I could lock myself in till someone got back.
“You shouldn’t be here.” I gasped. My heart started racing and I edged away from him faster than before.
“Mr. Stark isn’t here and I don’t think I should talk to you without someone else here.” I backed up further.
“You shouldn’t be here either Danyella.” He responded coolly. “What are you doing in Stark Tower? What possessed you to make a go at trying to be Dr. Banner’s niece? You must have known that you wouldn’t get far in your schemes. Bruce Banner has no family.” I tripped on the bottom step of the stairs.
“Who is Danyella?” I asked completely confused. Why was he calling me Danyella? Who was this guy and what did he want with Danyella? Why did he think I was her?
“You’re very good at playing games like this Danyella. I’m just glad I found you before you did any real damage.”
Jumping back up I turned and ran up the stairs and down the hall to my room. Slamming the door I locked it.
“JARVIS!” I gasped my body shaking violently. I waited for a response. There was nothing.
I whimpered in fear. What was it that the world had against me? Why couldn’t I have a happy, normal life? I was beginning to get angry. I tried to meditate to calm myself, but just then the door to my room was kicked in and there was the man with the eye patch. He was holding a gun and I screamed.
That was it. I snapped. The tunnel vision that I get when I am mad took over. I ducked down and dogged whatever he was firing at me. Jumping up back in front of him I grabbed the gun and twisted the end of the barrel till the gun was pointed at him. My arm shot down on his arm and I could hear the crunch of his bone breaking.
Suddenly I swayed. Apparently I hadn’t done such a great job of dodging the shot. Looking at my arm I saw a tranquillizer dart sticking out of it. Freeking out, I grabbed it and ripped it out.
“I hate needles!” I screamed in his face. He went flying back into the far wall of the hallway.
I saw him lying there before everything went black.
