I woke up still thinking about what Eric said to me yesterday. I still haven't found anyone who could possibly look like me. I mean, how would I even know? Usually, you don't recognize the similarities between yourself and your siblings unless you actually KNOW who your siblings are. Anyways, it's around 6 am and nobody else is awake.
A few minutes later I can hear someone walking down the footsteps. It's Four.
"I see you're the only one awake," he says.
"couldn't sleep," I say back.
"too bad, training will be hard." he snaps.
ugh, I hate this dude.
"EVERYONE WAKE UP! TRAINING STARTS IN FIVE MINUTES AND I BETTER SEE YOU ALL THERE OR THERE'LL BE CONSEQUENCES!" Four shouts over the room.
Everyone wakes up instantly.
I'm already dressed so I decide to make my way quickly to the training room, exchange a few words with Mr. Four on my way.
"why do you hate me so much?" I catch up to him.
"hate you? I don't hate you." he says, almost sarcastically. almost.
"oh, please," I say, rolling my eyes.
"you give off bad vibes." he finally states.
"bad vibes? well, excuse me for being upset after our first 'training lesson'." I mock him.
"it wasn't so bad," he says.
"wasn't so bad?! we could've easily be killed by them. some of us got bad concussions." I shout at him.
"maybe it was bad, what would I know?" he says, speeding his pace up a little bit.
"what the hell are you talking about? You don't even make sense at this point, Four!" I snap. this dude is full of some serious bullshit.
"they're listening," he whispered pointing at his ear and then up to the ceiling. I barely heard him. they're listening? I didn't understand what he was talking about until I looked up to a corner of the hallway and saw a camera. of course. they film everything and everyone. god, I hope it's not like that in the bathrooms.
but what did Four mean by 'they're listening'? I've realized that they're listening now but why did he need to tell me that? was he hiding something as well? I need to get to the bottom of this, but first I needed to attend our second training lesson. Let's hope this one will be better than the last one.
