"Sounds like a hell of a fight. Sorry I missed it ..." Sam Wilson, known as the Falcon, catches up with Steve Rogers as the two of them walk up one of the many staircases in the Avengers Tower.
Music continues to envelop the living space holding numerous people, hours into the party, and Captain America shakes his head at his friend's comment, affirming, "If I had known it was gonna be a fire-fight, I absolutely would have called."
"No, no, I'm not actually sorry," Sam interjects, a smile brought to his lips as he clarifies knowingly, "I'm just trying to sound tough."
Steve directs his gaze back to the other man when he informs him slyly, "I'm very happy chasing cold leads, on our missingperson case."
"Avenging is your world," Wilson tells him, both eventually reaching the top of the staircase and moving towards the railing that demonstrates a prominent view of the growing number of people below them.
"Your world is crazy."
"Be it ever so humble." A pleasant grin is audible in the Captain's voice, and Sam sips on his drink.
He eyes Steve before making conversation, "You find a place in Brooklyn yet?"
