Chapter 14

Lukes pov

I look over to Julie and see Nick coming her way.

"Hey Molina. I'm sorry about earlier" I hear Nick say.

"Oh it's okay" Julie says.

"So, would you maybe wa-" He starts. Before he can say anything else, I interrupt him.

"Jules, wanna be my partner?" I say.

She opens her mouth to speak but before she can get a word out, Nick starts speaking.

"I think I asked her first" says Nick.

"Oh yeah, well I don't recall you even managing to ask" I say.

"I think your fan club wants you loser" Nick says.

I glance behind me and see giggling girls looking my way.

When I turn my head back around, I see that Nick has whisked Julie away.

Julie turns around and gives me a 'I'm sorry' look.

"Luke! Choose a partner!" The teacher yells.

I turn around and am greeted by a swarm of girls.

"Can someone pick one for me. I don't know any of these people" I say.

The teacher walks over and points to one girl.

"Hi I'm Carrie" she says, holding out a hand for me to shake.

"Luke" I say, as I take her hand and shake it.

Julies pov

I glance over at Luke and see him shake Carries hand.

I can't believe I got stuck with Nick!

We go through practice and learn the dance that we have to do.

"Gentleman. When you are doing the big lift, make sure to put your partners down as respectfully as possible during practice" Our teacher says.

Nick looks at me and gives me a wink. I wish I could run to bathroom and throw up at the sight of it.

I grab Nicks hands, as he isn't doing anything and start to dance.

We push away from each other and Nick does his own thing in the floor. I run back over to him and he takes my hands, twirling me around. He wraps his arms around me, picks me up and turns around. I walk away from him (part of the routine) but he pulls me back in and lifts me as high as he can. He spins around with me still in the air. He gently puts me down and I collapse to the floor (part of the routine). Nick helps me up and picks me up in his arms.

"Bravo! Bravo! Nick, Julie, that was a great job!" Our instructor says.

We all practice the dance a few more times when the teacher decides that we all need to work on the lift.

We start from the bit before the lift and I feel nicks hands cup my breasts as he gets ready to lift me.

"Sorry" he whispers.

It was probably an accident. It's fine, he wouldn't do anything else in school, at least not after this morning.

When it comes to the lift, he picks me up and his arms are wrapped firmly around my waist.

When it's time to put me down, he sets me down. As he does, his hands travel over my butt and up my back.

I quickly pull away but I think Luke notices.

He walks over to Nick and I and pulls me to the side.

"Is he making you uncomfortable?" He says.

"Oh no, it's fine. He's not doing anything" I lie.

"Are you sure Jules? I just want to help you" this kid is very persistent.

"Yeah I'm fine, honestly" I say, faking a smile.

Luke walks back over to Carrie and starts to lift her.

We carry on rehearsing the dance until the class is over.

Flynn and I walk to the toilets to fix our hair.

"So how was Nick" she says, gagging.

"Terrible. Why does he have to be so clingy? I mean, I don't even like him as a friend, never is anything more!"

"I'm sorry you have to put up with him. Reggie was great. He has two left feet, but great" Flynn says, giggling.

We walk out of the toilets and head out to the parking lot to meet the guys.

"Hey!" I say, getting in to the car.

"Hey Jules" Luke starts. "We're going on a trip" .

He starts the car and we pull out of the parking lot.

"So Alex, Reggie. Julie and I have something to ask you" Says Luke.

"We do?" I chuckle.

"Yeah rememb- oh never mind. I'll just ask. Okay so you know how Julie isn't in the music program anymore? If she played a show or two with us, they would have to let her back in!" He says, excitedly.

"I mean, it could work. I'm in if you are Reg" Alex says.

"You don't need to convince me!" Reggie says.

"So, where are we going anyways?" Flynn says.

"Wait and see" says Luke.

The whole car ride is torture about where we're going.

As we pull up into a parking lot, I realise where we are.

"Luke, are we where I think we are?!" I yell.

"I think we might be!" He yells back.

"Will someone please tell us what's going on?" Alex says, from the back.

"Wait until you get inside!" Says Luke.

We all hop out of the car and walk inside the building.

(A/N: I'm so sorry that this chapter is a little shorter. I'm really tired but I wanted to get something out! Also I don't read over it, so sorry for any mistakes)
