One- your eyes
I've never been the biggest fan of eye contact, always awkward and uncomfortable
But your eyes make me feel as if i'm at a home that never existed
A place I could get used to looking at
Something you'd only see in your dreams
Two- your fingers
Physical contact has always been bittersweet to me
But with you theres nothing bitter about it
You manage to melt me and form me into the best parts of myself
with just a single touch
every ugly piece of me turns into something beautiful
Three- your voice
It's as if the world hears your voice
and suddenly, the sky is clear, the birds are singing
everything comes to life
including me
Four- your smile
I swear, one day you'll smile
and my heart will burst open,
welcoming every piece of warmth your smile offers
and I will sink, farther and farther
into the only thing that makes me feel
alive
