Kody's POV
I ran, well was dragged, up the stairs of Zac's house and into his room. Tess let go of my hand and fell onto this massive beanbag in the corner of the room.
Zac's room was exactly how you would imagine a teenage boys room to look like. The floor was a mess but it was organised. He had a massive pile of... stuff in one corner. There was a desk by his bed that was covered in paper. Which when I looked at saw it was music sheets. He had a TV on the wall with wires coming out which connected it to an XBox. There was a bookshelf filled with books, CDs, Music books and just random things. And another door which I was guessing was a wardrobe.
Derrick and Brendon where on the floor by Tess. I walked over when something caught my eye.
My jaw dropped to the floor. What I saw hanging on the wall was beautiful. I walked over to it in a daze. It caught the light coming from the sun outside through the window. I stroked it as I dragged my hand across the body of it.
"Told you you'd like it." Tessa said.
"It's beautiful." I breathed.
I reached up and took it off the pegs that were keeping it attached to the wall. I sat down on Zac's spinny desk chair with the guitar in my lap. I stummed it with my finger nails. I spun round slightly in the chair and started randomly strumming. I hummed along to the tune that I was playing. It was a song I'd heard on the other day but couldn't remember the name or lyrics.
I groaned, "Do you guys recognise this song?" I asked them.
I played the first line and hummed it to them. Derrick shrugged, Brendon nodded and Tess shook her head.
"Do you know the name of it Bren?"
"No. I can't remember sorry."
I kept strumming. "It's cool." I gazed at the body. It was in perfect condition. Zac was lucky to have a model like this. Speaking of Zac...
I put the guitar down gently and walked to the hall, "Well come on slow coaches." I called out to Eve and Zac who where still downstairs talking about God knows what, bunch of girls, "I want to know the story of this guitar Zaco!"
I walked back over to the chair and put the guitar back in my lap and continued my strumming and spinning.
Zac walked in and sat beside Derrick, who had moved from the floor to the bed. I strummed the guitar to the rhythm of the song. I felt eyes on me and I looked up to see Zac smiling at me. I smiled back, "Right, ok, let's hear how you got this gorgeous instrument."
He sighed, "I got it when I went on holiday to Italy. It was our second last day and we where down at the beach near the resort and there was loads of stalls and shops along the promenade. I saw this music shop and went in. I was just wondering around looking at all the instruments and stuff when I saw the owner of the shop taking down some guitars from the wall. The ones he took down went in a pile at the back door with a load of other stuff." He ran a hand through his messy hair, making it even more untame, "I asked if he needed help, he said yes. So I helped him take some of the instruments down and I asked him why he was doing it." He shrugged his shoulders and smiled, "He said that they where going to different charities around the area. Some of it going to an orphanage and some going to the hospital. Once finished I said good bye to him and walked out the shop. He came running after me with this, " He jestered to the guitar, "And said that I could have it for free for the help. He told me that it was one of a kind, unique."
Just like the owner. I thought.
I smiled. "That's so cool."
"Yup it was." He smirked, "And its all mine, my Romeo."
