I have been in Florida for a week by myself. It's not like I don't have friends but everyone has kids, out of the country, or out of state. Being in Florida was just a reminder of things I was homesick for. After moving, I realized that I never really wanted to come back, not to live at least. This was also the real start of my career, I missed doing poetry night. I hit up the owner of the Black Diamond and asked for a slot in the poetry night. Tonight's topic was usable pain. This was good. I grabbed my notebook and got to writing and then I got a knock at my door. I walked over and saw that it was Ayana.
"Wassup boo, what you doing here"
"Hey girl, I was just around and thought I would stop by and say hello. I also need a break from my man him and this motorcycle talk has been driving me nuts," she said walking into the house.
"Well you came to the right place, it's a quiet house for the next couple days.
"Where Ski at?
"He in Cali with Scheme and Danny in the studio, Danny got a project coming out soon"
"Oohhh that's cute, got a home studio but I guess going out to a studio is better..."
"That's what I said but I guess I don't be knowing what I'm talking about"

"We never home as it is though, the one time we actually get to be together he decides to run off with his homeboys. I'm not really mad but I guess I just miss him and stuff. I gotta let him do his thing though because that's what helps pay some of these bills."
