Lauren's POV

I was doing my vocal training when I received a word from the manager that JYP wants to see me in his office and that's why I'm here right now.

On the other side of the table is the director, whom I know would be the one directing my music video.

I could say that this is a meeting.

We only have three months left and things are starting to get busier. I can feel it with my body and my mind. Training is pressuring but the pressure of being an idol is on the different level.

I'm assuming that this meeting is about the the whole plan for my debut. We'll definitely talk about it after the producer arrive.

I have never met him but as I was told, I'll hear the demo of my debut song today. They said that he finished it while he was out of the country so yeaaaah, I'm so exciteeeeed!

Aside from the demo, we'll gonna talk about the theme or the concept too. The director wouldn't be here if it wasn't the case.

Truth be told, I'm so nervous since I stepped my feet in this room. Everything is happening as fast as the blink of an eye. One day I was just here for vacation and now I'm here to make my debut.

I'm not really the good girl type so it's kinda hard for me to believe that I am this blessed right now. Lmao.

"Why do you look so nervous? Relax yourself." Jewaypi told me as he sipped on his americano.

Well, why I wouldn't?!

"The following days will get even harder for you. You'll be in ups and downs, you'll encounter a lot in your new world. Expect that the things you want won't always go the way you want it. This path requires a lot of courage. You have to be strong physically, emotionally and most importantly, you must have strong mentality." The director seriously adviced and continued sharing stories that I might encounter in the future.

Even though I'm aware of that, I still fear it. As a k-pop fan, I've seen a lot of idols having a hard time because of the society. It could be really really toxic and he's right. This path is not for weak people.

If you let yourself get affected by them, the first thing they will go through is your mental health. They won't stop until you had enough.

Suckers. I hope not to experience that.

"I'll do my best to be strong! But if happens that I can't take it anymore, I'm going to bother the two of you." I jokingly said but they made me happy by agreeing with me.

The door opened.."Am I late?" And we are greeted by a very familiar person.

I looked at them utterly confused and surprised. Looks like they already know about this except me.

"Chan?" I'm still confused. I mean...everyone knows that he produces but I wasn't expecting him producing a song for me.

It's really suspicious that I am so lucky but whatever, I'm enjoying this!

"Well, haha! Surprise?" Chan shrugged his shoulder while smiling at me.

So all this time he had been working for this? He better not touch me cause I feel so freaking soft right now!

This is too much! π_π

My eyes followed him as he took the empty seat across mine. Now I know what they meant when they say the producer finished the song while he was out of the country.

He was literally doing an Asian tour with the members!

My eyes are still looking straightly at him and there he is, smiling back at me in a teasing way. His smile says 'hehe-got-ya'.
