My Cat | Min Yoongi ✓

4. New Boy

Days passed by and some things began to change, well only between Min and me. I was shocked to see sudden change in him. I don't think he likes me, but he listens to me, doesn't mess around. I am happy, I have some company. Even though pressure, depression and anxiety continue to build in me, Min has become my comfort. Now he not only listens to me, he comes and sleeps in my lap. He moves around with me, and also enjoys seeing me reading. I mean he enjoys reading what I read. Nowadays I am learning to find happiness in every little thing I see. I am starting to avoid the words of my bullies and do my jobs with love. All thanks to Min. I am learning to smile, not to cover my pain but to live to the fullest.

<Narrator's POV>

It was midnight and Y/n was sleeping peacefully. Even though she wants to have someone cuddling with her, she could not. So she uses her spare pillow and blanket to surround her small bed and keep her company. It was raining outside, and the temperature dropped down. Y/n somehow covered herself in the blanket, but she was still cold.

What she didn't realize that someone slowly removed the spare pillow and entered the covers. A hand slid around her waist and pulled her closer. The same hand moved a few strands of hair from her back, pulling them to the side. Again sliding the hand around her waist, the person kissed her bare shoulder.

Good night, princess.

<Y/n's POV>

I wake after having a great sleep. Last night I felt like someone cuddled me to sleep and kissed my right shoulder. A tingling sensation ran through my body. I shook my head from this weird feeling and I turned around only to see my little Min sleeping peacefully inside the blanket, very close to me. I smiled and kissed his forehead and paws. I went to the shower to get ready for the day. Since I apply my lotion in my room I don't take my clothes inside, other than my undergarments. I walked out of the shower. I saw Min sitting looking at me.

I took out my clothes from my closet and I started applying lotion. I don't know why I don't like when Min watches me applying lotion from the start, I don't know why I felt like a human was watching me. So I told him to stay in the living room.

Well, today is the beginning of the new semester and I am looking forward to it. Maybe something good will happen.

I walked through the corridor of my University and heard the gossip of the girls.

-"Do you know who is joining this Uni today?"

-"Yes, I heard! The only son of Mr Min will be joining us. He was homeschooled and had the best teachers. He also studied abroad."

-"I heard he is very handsome!"

Suddenly all the girls started screaming. I turned around to see a crowd of girls entering our corridor. A very handsome man walked in front of them without paying any attention to anyone. He was wearing sunglasses, as he entered he removed them. My eyes widened to see him. He had pretty cat eyes, a cute nose and beautiful lips. His skin was smooth as porcelain, all natural and his hair was blonde. He was a living model, walking like a prince. But he was not flattered by the attention he received.

I heard from the girls that he is the person everyone was talking about. His father owned a big group of restaurants and lives in the most lavish area of our city.

As he crossed me, he stopped. The crowd behind him stopped as well. He turned and looked deep into my eyes for a few seconds. My heart skipped a beat. But he walked away. However I felt his eyes were very similar.

I could feel glares on me since our eyes met. Well I don't think I will survive today.

Lunch Break:

So till now I am going through the worst time. That rich handsome guy whose name is Yoongi is in my class and out of all the seats in the college, he chose the loneliest corner, and to be worse, beside me. I could feel his coldness beside me. I felt like I was in the middle of Greenland! We did not look into each, leave talking or introduce ourselves. Yet I could feel burning stares of the girls.

I took a deep sigh. This is the break time and the time when my nightmares come true. I could see my bullies coming to me. I tried to walk past them with my head down but they stopped me standing in my way. I could feel their heat of jealousy.

-"Enjoying much, huh?"

I tried to ignore them by walking past. But someone held me. I looked up. Hea. I have heard a lot about her. She is the daughter of a model and the director of this university. She has inherited both beauty and brains, but she is arrogant. Because of receiving all the love and care, she thinks she owns everything. And so she doesn't consider scholarship students like us as human. We are entertainers to them. Well, I have friends, who are like me, scholarship students, but I prefer to stay alone. We understand each other though.

-"So you enjoyed your time with my man?"

-"What are you talking about?" Well, I don't stutter while speaking. I am just tired, hurt and depressed.

-"You sat with Yoongi the whole day and he also looked at you, while he didn't even have me a single glance? How could someone like him look upon dirt like you!"

-"I am sorry, but he chose to sit beside me. No one told me to ask him. And if you have so many problems, why don't you ask him?" Okay I know I messed up. This is the reason why I am more of a prey to them. I resist, unlike others. And when they lose arguments, they hurt me, make fun of me hurting me both mentally and physically.

-"You b*tch!" Hea raised her hand to slap me, I closed my eyes at reflex. But nothing came.

I opened my eyes. Someone held His arm. I turned around to see him.

Yoongi...
