11. Results

Result Day.

The day the students are praying for their successes. Since the number of students is quite large for one class, we have our results out in our class's bulletin board. As I entered the class, I found most of the students gathered around the board. I looked around and found Hea screaming at her minions. I honestly don't want to care. I walked closer and found Hyunjin typing on his phone. I went to him. 

-"Hey Hyunjin! How's your results?" 

-"Good! Ranked sixth!" 

-"That's great!" The one thing I found was that the students were quite studious. Even after spending days doing nothing, they really work hard for about four months. Every student, including Hea and Hyunjin. And I liked that time. 

I began searching for my rank in the board. I expected good, I am still not sure though. Hold on! I ranked fourth! Yess! I am so happy. I walked out from the crowd to Hyunjin.

-"How's yours?"

-"Fourth!"

-"Yaya!! Let's celebrate, my treat." As I was about to say something, we heard someone clearing his throat. We turned around to see Yoongi with his signature grumpy face.

-"Hey Yoongi! You are also invited, how's your results?"

-"Check it yourself." I was about to walk, but Yoongi came to me quickly and held my arm.

-"Hyunjin, you go and check." 

-"Oh-kay" and he walked away.

-"Yoongi, what are you doing?" As I looked at him, I saw him staring at me.

 We got lost in each other's eyes. Why is there so much tension everytime I look into his eyes? What magic do you have? Why do I feel like I am the only one who can break through the ice in your eyes to find life under it? Is it because I am something special to you?

Or I know something that no one knows?

Why Yoongi why? Why am I special? A girl in rags is lost in the eyes of the man in robe, why am I lost with you the unknown world of the truth, which no one knows? 

Who are you Min Yoongi?

-"Guys! Oh! Ehmm.." We both came back to reality, to find Hyunjin smirking at us. I yanked my hand and looked at Hyunjin.

-"So…?"

-"Yoongi came third and the first among all the boys!" Wow! When did he get time to study? 

-"Don't worry, your notes were very helpful." Yoongi whispered in my ears. What! That's why Min enjoyed sitting beside me while studying. 

-"So, I think you all wanna celebrate right? Meet me in the car then." Yoongi was about to walk until…

-"Yoongi-ah! I wanna join too!" Ugh, that shrill voice. The person whom I really don't want to see is clinging on Yoongi! I am fuming and why is Yoongi not reacting? Well at least he kept a straight face.

-"Hea, what's your rank?"

-"Tenth, but that doesn't matter, at least I got more than this bitch!" I scoffed.

-"Fourth" 

-"Excuse me?"

-"I ranked fourth"

-"You!! Ugh! Anyway, aren't we going for a celebration?" Hea said clinging on Yoongi... trying to get closer, more than they already are.

-"And Yoongi, you ranked best among the boys, why are you celebrating with her? Instead come with me, I will take you to the most famous restaurant and we can celebrate, without any disturbance. And we can also have our time. You don't need to force yourself to somewhere you cannot stay". Instead of replying he yanked away her hand harshly. He then took my hand and dragged me while asking Hyunjin to follow us. 

We all went to his car and he made me sit beside him, while Hyunjin said he would follow us in his own car. He took us to a traditional restaurant and we ordered some of the common items. And talking about our sitting arrangement, Yoongi was beside Hyunjin and in front of me. I noticed he took small glances at me and when our eyes met, we looked away from each other. But the food was really good and we enjoyed it! I can't wait for our next semester. After our meal we went back to our respective homes, I mean our home.

6 months later:

By this time both me and Yoongi had come closer, he had shown me a side I thought that never existed. He has a soft heart for the people he loves. He has a big heart for nature. He loves music and I have seen him playing guitar. He is really  passionate about everything he loves. It will really be hard to find Yoongi smiling at something and laughing and everytime I catch him smiling, my heart races. He treats me more than his guest, not only he takes care of me, he teases me a lot. And I bet he enjoys watching me flustered everytime we are close to each other.

And I honestly enjoy my time. He also turns into Min and spends a lot of time with me. But sometimes I feel like a burden. Every time I offer him any amount for letting me stay, he declines. Even sometimes he gives me money if I need something, and stubborn he is, I keep the money without using a bit. I am happy with what I have and what I receive.

But that doesn't mean I am completely happy. Since our university reopened, girls from juniors and our classes tend to cling on both Hyunjin and Yoongi, especially Hea and I are always receiving death glares. I don't know why Hea doesn't want to give up. Yoongi has rejected her like every time, yet she has not given, she really wants to make him hers, and I am at least "proud" of her dedication. She gives him gifts, food, and wears fancy clothes to seduce him. But nothing works.

Today our teachers assigned us to work on a group project and my teammates were Yoongi, Jass, Sungho, Hea and Chan. After discussion we planned to do our part in Yoongi's apartment because I had the book which we needed.

<Hea's POV>

Finally I could enter Yoongi's home, see him close and maybe win his heart. I prepared cupcakes for him. I am very angry. Why does that poor bitch live in his house! 

I was the first person to reach his house. The door was opened by an old man whom I suppose is his maid. He asked me to wait for Yoongi. It was over ten minutes and he wasn't coming down. Chan and Jass arrived but they showed no rush. So I decided not to listen to him and find him. As I was searching for him, I entered a room. As I entered, I couldn't believe in my eyes...
