Rishma's Pov :
I put a star bullet to write new point 'Friend'. I wrote it very neatly.
Self appreciation is very important.
The aroma of coffee filled my room.
I've been home for two days. I texted Chris before stepping into house. He replied, "Take care tiny""You too🙂" I replied.
The emoticon reflected the smile on my face as I sent that reply.
Slowly drank a sip of hot coffee. I played the imaginary keyboard on my table with my little fingers.
With a loud bang, someone strongly pushed open the door. I quickly closed the book before looking at who it was.
"Ponnuuuuu" My cousin brother Arnav stormed into my room calling my nickname and gave a tight hug, so that my bones may broke into pieces and pieces.
He turned to me and asked,
"You didn't call any of us when you got there."I'm startled like hell and it took some seconds to bring me back to life.
"Sorry" I pouted while releasing myself from his tight grip.
Arnav, my elder cousin brother. He helped me to get admission at abroad.
He convinced my father to sent me to abroad. He's very strict in study matters.
He walked around the room.
"Oru phone call illa, message illa, atleast ninte oru photo enkilum nammude family groupil send cheithoode?" He complained.
(No phone call, no message, atleast can't you send your one photo to our family group?)
"My gallery is always empty. Except that good morning photos send by our uncles and aunties"
He chuckled and lifted his hands on air, "Nee kayyum veeshiyittaano vannathu?"
(You came with empty hands?)
I pointed to my bag which is lying on my bed and said, " I just took that "
I grinned widely.
"Adipoli" he murdered himself.
(Superb)He jumbed on to my bed and lied like Lord Padmanabha swami.
"So. What's up? How's your life, new friends, new city, teachers."
"Everything is fine. Very clean city than ours. Good teachers. Awesome climate, I want to stay there always and frankly saying--- I don't want to come here." I said with lot of expressions.
"Oh oohh, so that's why madam didn't called us" he got the exact answer himself.
Yeah absolutely !
"How's yourrr life, military man?" I stretched the 'your' word a little.
He never plans anything, especially about life matter. I'm seeing him from my childhood, he is the toughest and softest person.
Let out a sigh. He stretched hands then looked at the non-rotating fan,
"Hyderabadile training kazhinju, ini nere Punjabilekk"(Training in Hyderabad is over, now straight to Punjab)
"Risk alle?" I asked with a sad expression.
( Isn't that risk?)
As all know that, it's a difficult job. Anything can happen anytime.
"Nee vijarikkunnathilum kooduthal" he stated rolling his sad eyes at me.
(More than you think)I stood with my arms stretched backwards on either side of the table.
