GOING A LITTLE OFF SEASON/EPISODES, SO THINGS WILL BE DIFFERENT PLOT WISE!

SPOILER: when Reki goes to the hospital, I'm going to make that very just before Episode 12.

"Ainosuke!" I called out from the waiting area outside of the office, gently stroking the light, baby, blue hair of my son. Akaashi cuddled into me, his face burying into my shoulder. It was the middle of the night, Akaashi was tired, and Ainosuke was taking his sweet time in his office today. I sighed and stood up, adjusting my three year old on my hip as I began walking. I wandered down the corridor a little, my son mumbling since he just wanted to go to bed. As soon as I pushed open the office door, I waltzed over to Shindo, who was sat behind his desk, four of his fingers lightly rubbing across his forehead with his thumb resting on his temple. Clearly, just like his son, he wanted to go home and go to bed. "Ainosuke, get up, we're going." The tall man sat up ever so slightly, adjusting his position as he nodded over to Akaashi and I as he quietly huffed.

"Representative Tanako, Matsumura, this is my..." He paused for a moment, sharing a look with me, trying to silently figure out what to say. "My son, and..." We'd never actually figured out what we were. We'd been together as teenagers because I had gone to America with him; It'd always been a dream of mine to live abroad, and his family were close enough to mien that they were willing to give me that opportunity. After that we had broken from the 'boyfriend/girlfriend' labels, slipping into 'friends-with-benefits' and then slowly back into friends. In the end, we learned I was pregnant. "...his mother." I shifted Akaashi on my hip, avoiding eye contact with the blue haired politician. I smiled to the two men on the opposing side of the desk.

"Ainosuke, it's late, Akaashi's tired, I'm tired, and clearly you are too." I sighed, turning to Shindo's two guests. "I'm sorry but I need to cut this meeting short...We've already had to cancel plans for Ainosuke to stay late." The two men nodded in understanding.

"Of course, we'll wrap things up, and then he's all yours." Matsumura nodded with a soft smile, to which I returned with a thankful nod. Ainosuke looked to Tadashi, then nodding to his son and I. Tadashi nodded, coming over to me, lightly pressing his hand to my lower back and guiding me out of the room with a small bow.

"Something's not right...is it?" I whispered, looking to the dark haired male beside me. He simply remained silent, although from his silence, I already knew the answer. "There's something I don't know, isn't there?"

"Shi-Shi..." Akaashi muttered, resting his cheek against my shoulder, holding out his hands to Tadashi. He sent me a questioning look and I nodded, handing my son to him and carefully adjusting the positioning of his arms so my son was safely tucked in his arms.

"How old is he now?" Tadashi smiled sweetly as I laughed in the quiet night, gently stroking my sons hair as we stood beside the car waiting for Ainosuke.

"Three."

"Oh wow, he's getting quite big." I nodded as a certain blunette walked out of the building.

"(Y/n), we're going." Ainosuke took Akaashi from Tadashi's arms in one swift movement, heading in the direction of home. As close as home was, he never walked, we never walked. We always sat in silence in the car for ten minutes. Shindo turned his head, glancing over his shoulder at Tadashi and I. "Now." I nodded and offered Tadashi a smile and wishing him a good night before hurrying after my son and his father. I quietly walked beside him.

Once Ainosuke was sure our son was asleep, he spoke.

"...What happened to us?" I glanced to my right at the man who fathered my son. I shrugged. "We moved abroad together, we were happy, we have a son-"
