"My name is Luna," I said, a little shaky.
"What are you doing?" He asked me.
" Heading back to my pack." I answered and turned around, starting to limp back to camp, since this wolf was obviously fine.
" Wait!" He called.
"What do you want?" I snapped, itching to get back to Lily and the pups.
" I..." He trailed of,"you're eyes."
" What about them?"
"They're beautiful," he said breath taken.
" Oh, okay well, bye." I answered stunned
" Meet hear tomorrow." He said as I limped away.
I returned to camp, with a weird feeling inside me, like butterflies in my stomache. I curled up in the pup den near the entrance, acting as gaurd. I woke up to the sound of birdsong and the light of the early sun. I got up and checked on the pups, then left to see if White needed any help.
" Hello white, need any help?"
"Oh, yes, can you bring this to Thunder, he stained his shoulder fighting that bobcat. Tell him to chew and swallow the whole thing." She replied. I dipped my head respectfully and went to find my brother. I gave it him and limped over to the pup den to play with the pups and give Lily a break. A felt a warm rush of air and was reminded that new leaf was on its way.
"Luna!" The pups squeaked and toppled over me.
"Wanna play badger?" I asked. Tundra nodded excitedly, but Nova looked distant.
"Can I go to help white in the healing den?" She asked.
"Of course." I told her, mowing that White was soon to have an apprentice.

Time was going by quickly, and today the pups were three moons old. I meet Toro every night now, and I think I'm in love. Toro told me he was abandoned at birth and raised by a stray dog. I was sharing a rabbit with Lily.
"You mooning. Who is it then? " Lily asked.
" Huh?" I said shaking away the thoughts of Toro
"Who is he? A stray?" She asked again.
" His name is Toro." I said thinking of the way his eyes gleamed.
" Tell me more!" She exclaimed
"He is a lone wolf that lives just outside the border marks. He is dark grey with beautiful yellow eyes," I told her.
I talked all night with Lily asking for advice. Me and Lily returned to the pup den and fell asleep, tundra and nova curled in a tight ball together. The next morning I went to get Lily some fresh kill when white stopped me.
"Can I talk to you for a moment?" She asked and gestured for me to follow her just outside of camp. "Luna," she paused, " I think your having pups." She told me. I backed away, trying to take it in. Suddenly I felt a fierce instinct inside me to do everything I can for these pups.
I think this was the longest chapter I've written. Hope you enjoy!
Bye!
