Luna's pov
At moonrise Lily started to feel stomach pains. I went to get white and rushed back to the nursery with her. "Her pups are coming." She confirmed. I sat outside a waited anxiously. Finally at moonhigh Lily had given birth. "Luna come in here." said stone from inside the nursery. I walked into the cave, the smell of milk coming from it. Stone sat beside Lily, who had two puppies nuzzled into her."They are both females." she said proudly. "They are beautiful." I breathed. They were both identical to the other, all white, even their nose's and paw pads. The only difference between them was that one had a black spot over her eye. "What are you going to name them?" I asked. "We were thinking about naming the all white one Tundra and the one with the black spot Nova." "That's beautiful." I said them left to give them some alone time.
Two weeks later
Today Thunder and Lightning had their acceptance ceremony and were named regular wolves. All the pups had their apprentice ceremony. Amber's leader was Lightning. Shadow's leader was White, for she wanted to become a healer. Star's leader was Oak. Leaf's leader was Willow. Lastly, Runt's leader was Jay. I cheered as was awarded their rank. They all went of to explore the territory with their leaders and stone. I walked into the now spacious nursery to check on Lily, Tundra, and Nova. When I came in the were nursing. "Do you need anything?" I asked Lily. "Well, can you fetch me some fresh kill?" She asked. I nodded and fetched her a big fat squirrel from the fresh kill pile." Thanks" said Lily when I dropped it in front of her . After she ate we groomed the pups. I was about to put Nova back with Lily when her eyes fluttered open. "Lily, Nova is opening her eyes!" I exclaimed. Lily looked over at me and said "So are tundras!" We watched as they opened their eyes, the same intense crystal blue as their mother's. "Hello little ones. This the world." She said to her pups.
