Rescued

Chapter 4

"What's your name?" Lily asked me.
"My name is Luna. Who is White?" I asked.
"White is healer. If you are injured or sick you go to her and she helps you."she explained.
"Ok. are you sure it alright I join your pack?"
"Of course it is. My daddy is pack leader, and we've let dogs into the pack before. They were only pups. But they left about a moon ago."
'Moon must mean month ' I thought.
We finally arrived at the camp. "Follow me." she said. I followed her to a cave. "Dad?" she asked . A huge dark grey wolf walked out of the cave.
"Yes?"
"This is Luna. She needs help. She can't hunt or fight with her leg. She will die if we don't help her"
"Luna can join our pack. Take her to white to get her checked. I will announce it to the pack." I followed her to another cave and entered " White?" "yes lily?" "I need you to check Luna she is joining the pack!" she said excitedly. A beautiful white wolf came from the back of the cave. "You must be Luna. My name is White, healer if grey pack." She said dipping her head. I did the same. "Come with me'' she instructed. I followed her. She checked me over for a while then finally said," Your leg is unfixable but other than that you are healthy. You may have some of the kill that was just brought ." Said white. "Thank you " I woofed as I left. I saw lily, her father, and another male,probably another alpha, feasting on a deer. I hesitantly walked up and bent down to take a bite. The male wolf I did not know growled and bared his teeth but lily wipped him with her tail and he stopped. I took what I needed then backed away and laid down in a ignored coroner of camp. I woke up to lily proding me with her paw. "You can sleep in the omega den if you like." I sat up '' Thanks" she led me to a den a showed me were I slept "Thanks again." I said and bowed my head. She did the same and left. I curled up and fell asleep.
