Drishti was scared thinking of Rakshit. She was really worried as she was not getting any news of Rakshit nor she could find him in the school. So, Drishti decided to looking for Shekhar and Priya in the break time. Divya was with her. She was well aware of her restlessness. But she could not help her in this. Drishti herself has called for it and she has to face it alone.Divya knew that Rakshit has gone for the camp. When she saw Drishti getting restless, then she had asked Shekhar about Rakshit. The camp is of a whole month. She also knew about Rakshit’s decision of letting Drishti go. He was angry on Drishti, when she had got to know about it. She is losing a person like Rakshit and letting him go from her life. Then she also thought from Drishti’s side. She was also not completely at fault. She is right at her place. May be that's why she was feeling bad seeing Drishti all worked up for Rakshit.
Finally Drishti spotted Priya in the canteen, Shekhar was not around her. She directly went near Priya but she didn’t know how to ask her anything. She was fidgeting with her fingers. But she couldn’t also leave without asking about Rakshit.
“Hi!” Drishti said in a low tone.
Hearing her voice, Priya turned towards Drishti. At first Priya was startled seeing Drishti there. Later she frowned seeing Drishti in front of her.“What?” She asked a little rudely. She didn’t want to but she can’t forget how her friend is hurt because of her. That’s the reason she is angry on Drishti.
Drishti was already nervous with the thought only of being in front of them and hearing Priya's voice she was more scared now. She was looking down. Both her palms were tightly clutched in a fist. They were sweating but she didn't now how to forward the conversation. No words were ready to come out of her system.
When Drishti didn't say anything for a long time, Priya looked at her more keenly. She got up from her place and stood in front of Drishti.
“Why are you quite now? Actually, sorry, I forgot that it’s the only thing you can do.” Priya said sarcastically.
Drishti left a breath which she has holding unknowingly. She knew she deserved it. Still she gathered all her courage and asked,
“Rakshit? Where is he? He is not coming to college. Is he fine?” It came like a mere whisper from her. Her tone was soft yet very low.
Priya looked at Nandini with wide eyes as she was not able to believe that Drishti was asking her about Rakshit. That's not something which she had expected. She was about to burst out on her but thankfully that time Shekhar came there and he heard what Drishti asked.
The concern in her voice didn’t go unnoticed by him. Shekhar was overwhelmed with the intensity of Drishti's voice. It was showing how much worried and restless she was for Rakshit. He now believed Rakshit. Rakshit was always sure that Drishti has some feelings for him but she hides behind her mask. Now not finding Rakshit around her was opening the mask and that’s the reason, she was here to ask for him. She actually has some feelings for Rakshit. Shekhar smiled a little.
