Hi guys! I actually have something to say here about my suffering and not to vote and comment! (That would be appreciated). Ok, so I have a chapter on here (Not published) that's just notes. Now I could do it on word or the story notes, but I just don't really want to. So, if you know how chapters work, then you'll know that at the beginning of a draft chapter, where the title is, it'll say: Untitled __.

The untitled is the amount of chapters, whether published or not, you have. So, this is annoying, because I need to see what the previous chapter was called just to know what number I'm up to. Pain!

There it was. Behind some trees, there is was. The base. The main hideout of the new enemy nation. It was in the shape of a giant silver cylinder, with some black stripes across it. The reason they hadn't seen it before was because there were many tall trees on the island.

Lights and Ayanami stared up at the huge cylinder. But, before long, the front doors started to open.

The resent enemy ships weren't ships. They were bots. These were the real ships. Although, they also didn't look like a normal ship. They had black overalls, or black robes, with either guns, swords or rancher looking weapons, that looked a little like crossbows.

At the sight of seeing enemies, Ayanami equipped her sword. Lights took out some shell throwers. The now enemy ships pointer their loaded guns and crossbows at the intruders. Both Lights and Ayanami stood their ground.

When the shots fired, Lights threw his shell throwers and dodged the shells that were aimed at him. Ayanami easily dodged the shells that were fired at her. She then went in to attack. She slashed at two ships before one of them hit her. She fell to the ground and Lights glanced over to her.

He saw that one of the enemy ships was about to attack her. So he reacted and shot his guns at the ship, knocking it back before it could fire. Ayanami quickly stood back up. They both looked around to see that they were severely out numbered.

(A/N Hi! Another one of these. This is totally unnecessary to the story, but the things that I'm gonna cover in this is going to show up a bit in the story. So, this is just a way to view a ships power in a single number. So, I got a ships stats on my screen. Then I made their stats go to the base ones.

Then I simply added them all up except Anti sub warfare, Torpedoes and aviation. So, Hammann -who is the test subject- has a total of: 630. Your welcome.)

Lights' mind raced for a solution. A way out. He suddenly heard a yell over to his right. He turned his head to see Montpelier rushing over to them. She pulled out her guns and fired them. They took out some ships that were in her way.

'Hey.' Lights said as she reached them. 'Nice of you to join us.' Montpelier nodded.

'Just following orders.' She responded and turned back to the enemy ships that were slowly approaching. 'Sticky situation you guys are in.'

'Well, it's not because of me.' He responded and glanced to Ayanami.

'Hey, I just wanted to explore.' She responded. Montpelier smiled.

'I agree. You need to entertain the kid's mind.' She said.

'I'm not a kid!' Ayanami told her loudly.

'Just messing with ya.' She said and they looked back to the enemy ships. Lights had been loading his guns as they were talking. He shot them in the direction Montpelier came from. She did the same and they all ran for it.

Montpelier (who was in the lead) could see the shore. But, some enemy ships came from their right. Ayanami drew her sword. Lights took out his shell throwers.

Some of the enemy ships from the right came at them first. Montpelier took them head on, so Lights took the ones to the left. Ayanami swirled around to see two enemy ships. They both came at her at once, and she slashed at them. It hit one of the opposing ships, but the second managed to get her.

Ayanami was now at very low health. She still held her sword firmly. She decided to go over the situation like she did in her fight with Warspite. She hit one of the enemy ships, but the second hit her. When it did it looped behind her. In sudden shock, she ducked and saw a sword blade about two inches from her face.

When she was upright again, she hit the one that got her, knocking it back. She finished it off and Montpelier took out the first one.

Now they were confident that they wouldn't get attacked again, but even so, she stepped onto the sea and headed back to the Eagle Union.

When they got back, Lights talked about what they saw with Warspite. The attack team would head out the next day, but Ayanami had received lot's of levels. Now she was level 49. Her, Lights and Montpelier all walked to the healer together.

'So, how many did you kill?' Lights asked.

'I think around 40.' Montpelier responded.

'How many did you think you got with that first shot?' Lights asked. Ayanami just remained quiet.

'I think about 15.' She responded. From the view that Lights and Ayanami had, it was obvious that Montpelier only got around 10.

'15!?' Lights asked, obviously shocked. 'Do you think she got 15?' He asked Ayanami. She remembered how Montpelier saved her by taking out the second enemy that went for Ayanami. She decided she owed her one.

'From my view, yeah. I don't know what your seeing.' Ayanami responded. Lights shook his head.

'You guys are lying.' He said, turning back ahead.

'Well how many did you get?' Montpelier asked him.

'I'd say about 50.' He responded.

'But, you need to remember that Lights was on the island the whole time. We did a little bit of battling before you showed up.' Ayanami told Montpelier.

'So, how many is that over all then?' Montpelier asked Lights.

'I have about 300 I think.' He told the two of them.

'Well, I know for a fact that I have 342.' Montpelier responded. Ayanami did question how Montpelier remembered how many she had, even in the middle of battle, because all that she could focus on when she was battling was survival. Obviously, Lights was confused by this to.

'How have you had a definite number to whole time?' He asked.

'I just pay attention.' She responded.

Warspite knew that the main phase of the war was coming very soon. She knew that preparation was needed. But now yet. She didn't want a bunch of confused ships on her hands. She needed to have a reason. But she couldn't think about that. The next day the attack team would be set out.

Warspite had decided that it would be herself, Ayanami and Portland on the team. Three powerful ships that could get any battle related problems fixed. But Warspite still feared what she didn't know. Even with Lights, Ayanami and Montpelier returning with information, there was more not known than known. And now, she would do anything for an answer.

A/N Hi guys! Ok, so when I was writing this, I was checking (Again) to see if Montpelier had a sword (I came up empty handed) and I saw that her health (At base states) was higher than Hammann's total. That's depressing. Anyway, hope you enjoyed! Don't forget to vote and comment!
