I think the picture for this chapter is cool, don't you? Hi guys! Some useless information: as I'm writing this I am really mad, because I just realised that I need to pay $15 a month to use photoshop. I know there are other payments that are a lot worse, but I'm just a kid. Where do I get all that money?
It was night. Ayanami was looking up to the sky at the docks. Thinking about what might be happening with Warspite. What was up with her sword? At that moment, Ayanami needed answers. And lot's of them.
The next day...
Ayanami was up early training. She knew that if she were to help Warspite, her level needed to be higher. A lot higher. Her health was what set her back by far. But she was more of an attack and speed ship. She needed to focus on what she had, not what she wanted.
Ayanami had also been retrofitting herself. She was about half way there, and she knew that being retrofitted would help out so much. During her training, Montpelier approached her.
'Lights said there's gonna be holding a meeting. In a few hours. He wants you to be there.' She told Ayanami. She nodded. Montpelier smiled. 'Your training pretty hard.'
'I need to. If I don't then I won't be of any help.' Ayanami stated. Montpelier was one of the few ships at level 120. Most of them were from level 110-70. She nodded though.
A few hours later...
Ayanami was at the meeting. Instead of being in a meeting room where no other ship could hear a word of, it was at the docks. There were lot's of ships there including, Belfast, Comet, Crescent, Cygnet, Foxhound, Montpelier, Ayanami and many other high levelled ships.
'We all need to be training hard. Every ship needs to be at a minimal level of 100 before the big battle. We need to get that word around.' Lights continued. A few ships that weren't part of the meeting were hanging around. Two of them turned to each other, nodded and ran off.
'Training will become more intense. We'll need most of you to hold them. No slacking off. There will not be a ship that isn't training or working.' Lights went on. At that point, Ayanami had gone into autopilot mode. Everyone knew what they needed to do.
'Lastly, our attack plan. They'll be expecting us to come from anywhere but the front of their island. The side that is pointing in our direction. So, that's were we go. That is where we attack.' Lights went over the battle plan.
Comet stepped forward. 'I disagree. They'll be expecting attack from every side.' That was all she could say. Before a spear was driven through her back. Every ship turned to her. Nobody said a word. Comet fell, creating a pool of blood on the docks. Ayanami looked up to see who threw the spear.
It was an enemy ship. From the enemy island. The ship that followed them. They were one of the commander ships. She looked around at all the other ships, smiled and took off. Ayanami noticed there was a piece of paper on the spear.
With a shaking hand, she reached over and pealed the note off.
'What does it say?' Belfast asked. Ayanami took a deep breath.
'" We know your plans."'
The other ships were still in shock, so they didn't hear the note. Eventually Crescent pulled to spear out of her dead sister.
'We're going.' She said in a dead tone to her other sister.
'To where?' Cygnet asked.
'To the enemy nation. After the ship that killed her.' She said plainly and took off. Cygnet hesitated before taking off to.
'What does 'We know your plans' mean?' Ayanami asked. Lights shrugged.
'I don't know.' He said simply before walking off. Soon the rest off. Then, it was just Ayanami and Montpelier. She walked up to her.
'I have a bad feeling about that note to.' She said. Ayanami nodded. She didn't know what their exact move was going to be next. But what ever it was, it needed to happen quick.
Cygnet was trailing about 10 metres behind her sister. Crescent was going fast so she could see where the enemy was. She was their only hope at finding the enemy's island. Soon, they could see it in the horizon. As soon as she could, Crescent took out her guns and shot down the enemy.
She knew that if they were going to effectively attack the enemy, they needed the element of surprise. So, they made their way around the island. When they stepped foot onto the island, they could see the big cylinder that was the enemy base. Time to engage.
Battle began soon after. Crescent and Cygnet were ambushed as soon as they were near the base. Crescent jumped back and fired her guns to take out enough enemy's to run to the main base.
Crescent turned behind her to see her sister close to her. They soon found a hole big enough to enter the building. They ran inside without hesitation. Crescent saw the stairs and ran up them. They soon made it to the top of the tower.
The boss of the enemy nation stood there. Crescent got her guns ready. Cygnet was right behind her. The enemy boss turned around. He smiled.
'And you are?' He asked.
'The sisters of the one your little ship came and killed.' Crescent said aggressively. Ventry turned back around. Crescent fired her loaded ammo. Ventry easily side stepped them. Cygnet tried her ammo to the same result.
Ventry turned back around to the two of them. His smiled never wavered. He walked over to the two of them.
'Violence is never the answer.' He said. Crescent and Cygnet turned around to see hundreds of enemy ships climbing the stairs to them. 'I realise that. They realise that.' He continued. 'But do you?'
A/N Hi guys! Parts of this chapter were easy to write and others weren't I planned Comet dying in that way from back when we were about half way through the first story. Thanks for the support on that by the way! Don't forget to vote and comment as I spend lot's of time on this! Bye!

A War With Warspite Part 2 (Including Ayanami)
FanfictionI don't own Azur Lane or any of the characters. Lights is mine though. Ok, so this is part 2 to A War With Warspite, and this won't make too much sense unless if you read the first one. Ayanami is sort of the second main character here. There is a...
