Hi! When I was looking at some really good fleets to use in Azur Lane, I saw this one fleet. Did it have Warspite? ... Maybe. Note: all but one of the fleets had Warspite in it. The chapter image is the fleet I saw. I don't own it, and if you want to see the website here's the link: https://gamerempire.net/azur-lane-best-fleets-fleet-build-guide/ Make sure to vote and comment as it means a lot to me!

Today was the big day. The day that the attack team would do their thing. Warspite was up early making preparations and plans for the attack. From  what Lights had told her, they would easily outnumber them.

Warspite soon told Ayanami and Portland to go to the commission plate. Once they were all there, Warspite began to explain.

'Today, we attack the new, unknown enemy. The purpose of this attack is to interfere with their plans. Understand?' She asked. Both ships nodded. 'Good, let's head out then.'

The three ships headed off in the direction of the enemy. Ayanami was telling Warspite which direction to go. Portland was at the back, not really making any comments. Warspite knew that they needed to be ready for battle as soon as they got to the island.

Many hours past, and the three ships were almost there. Warspite told both ships to have their guns loaded, as she expected the enemy ships to be near the island.

Soon, they got to the island. To Warspite's surprise, she couldn't see any other ships on the island. When they got to it, Ayanami continued to give directions.

The island was very overgrown. Warspite knew that from the description from the other ships, but she didn't know how overgrown it was. There were trees and bushes everywhere. Warspite needed to cut through some of them. But they soon saw it.

The enemies base. The group still didn't see any ships on the island, and only them did Warspite understand why. They were all upgrading their base. To make it harder to attack. None of the working ships saw the three of them though.

From the description of the other ships, the nation consisted of only one type of ship, with different weapons. That wasn't true. There were other ships that looked like normal one's at the Eagle Union. They were most likely the commander ships.

They snuck around to the side of the ginormous cylinder that was the enemy nation's base. Warspite took out her sword to see if she could cut her way in. It took a lot of time, but eventually she made a hole just big enough to allow them to enter.

Once inside, Warspite saw that there were spiral stair going up. The three of them ran up the stairs. Then the enemy noticed them. Some of the normal enemy ships noticed them and went to attack them.

Three of them came at the group, and Warspite hit them all back with her sword in one strike. Both Ayanami and Portland finished them off as Warspite began to attack another group that went at them.

Soon, they could run up the stair case without being interrupted with battle. But they soon ran into a problem. There was one of the commander ships standing in their way in the stairs.

'I'll take her.' Portland stated, with her guns pointed at the enemy. The enemy commander ship took out a sword and proceeded to battle with Portland. Both Ayanami and Warspite slipped by and continued up the stairs.

Warspite didn't really know what they were trying to find. Maybe the leader of the nation, maybe something they needed to destroy. But she was confident that they needed to climb the stairs to find it.

They got to the point where there were windows looking out to the island. Warspite looked up ad saw that the stairs didn't go much further, so she jumped out the window, onto a platform where all the enemy ships were working.
